“We had the best experience at Lakeview! This is our third puppy and the best first puppy visit we’ve ever had. The vet assistant, Mackenzie, was so through with our puppy visit and gave such great information and kept our puppy busy so we could listen with our full attention. Dr. Augustin was the best vet ever. She was the most anttentive and sincere vet we’ve worked with. She answered questions honestly and asked us the best questions. Our puppy loved being there and didn’t even notice she got her shots! I couldn’t recommend Dr Augustin and her staff enough!”
“I am not positive of the techs name that Ginger had for her appointment. She was very friendly and very kind to Ginger. She was thorough with her questions as well. I loved the time spent listening to my concerns about our dog and how patient the tech and Dr. Megan were with us.”
“We have had great experiences with all the staff at North Lake but particularly Dr. Hamm. Our almost 13 year old dog has been going through a lot of health issues lately and she has been so great with communication with test results and suggestions for changes to his meds/health plan. “I am very happy with my recent experience at Waukesha Walk In. Our regular vet couldn’t see one of our pups same day for continuous vomiting, but Waukesha walk in got us in within an hour. The appointment was right to the point and efficient. The staff was friendly and explained everything I needed to know. After lab work, my pup was diagnosed with pancreatitis. She’s still recovering but is doing so much better with their quick response time, guidance and appropriate treatment plan. My family and I really appreciate their help during a very scary time for one of our fur girls! Thank you!”

“This has been my main vet for a while, but recently I had a GI stasis scare with my bunny and their team was able to get me in within hours of my call. Everyone there was extremely empathetic when working with me on payment while having my bunnies health first priority. They also did follow-up check in calls and were able to get me critical care feed for free with my buns meds same day.

“I would proudly recommend Westown to my family and friends for their fur babies.
I adopted my dog as a puppy during the pandemic, and the previous vet we took him to didn't allow me inside for his visits (which I understand as a healthcare worker) but they repeated the same treatments to no effect for his intestinal worms.
I was referred to Westown by a family friend, and am so glad I made the visit. Dr. V gave my puppy an antibiotic instead of an antiworming medication, and started him on a probiotic, and it made all the difference. He was a completely different dog - no more accidental diarrhea in the house, no more vomiting, no more worms, and he looked so much healthier and happier.
This has been my go-to vet since. They are always so happy to see my dog, and are so gentle and sweet with him. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and get excited for his annual vet visits because I know he loves them too.”

They have proven multiple times to go above and beyond normal care. They have collaborated with Universities Vet Schools and brought out medical textbooks to show and help me understand what is happening with my dog’s health.
