After a 30 minute failed attempt to order a new phone on Verizon and using their chat feature, I decided to do things the old fashion way. I went into a store and actually speak to someone face to face. Glad I did. Sales guy was knowledgeable and helped me get everything all set up and left with new phone and all supplies needed.

I was having an issue with my 13 Pro Max saying no sim available. The attendant Javo called Verizon and was able to install an E Sim in about 10 minutes and didn’t try to sell me anything!! I was very impressed with his knowledge and customer service!!

This store is not responsible if the phone they give you is damaged. I grabbed a new phone and it didn't work and the seller told me that there was nothing I could do, I should go to the Apple Store to tell them and if they told me what to do They will change, and yes in the store where I bought it they could change it for me but they had a charge of 50 dollars for a phone that had only been in possession for 3 days

I went to Verizon with frustrating issues with my IPhone. Colin was amazing!! He went over and beyond to help me, making sure my IPhone was in perfect working order before me leaving!! Thank you Colin!!

Jose, the salesman, helped restore my screen protector to its original clearness when there was no screen protector for my ancient iPhone to buy. He informed me of updated programs and phone available should I want to upgrade. Very kind and friendly.

Shout out to Jovo. I have a complicated account and he helped me understand the new plans being offered and what was the best way to configure my account to make the plans work. The changes were done correctly and I came back with follow-up questions and he was there to help me and gave me the information I needed. He knows his stuff. He was fast and efficient.

I went to this location to get a new plan and phone. Jovo was very helpful in getting everything set up. After spending a day with the phone I knew the phone I picked wasn't the right one for me and the plan was more than I needed. I returned the next day and Jovo again helped me return everything painlessly. He was so patient and efficient. Even though the plan didn't work our for me this time I was really happy with the service at this location, and it makes me want to stay with Verizon in the future. Thanks again!

Huge shout out to Melvin for awesome customer service!!! Our internet went out during a storm, through a different carrier. Melvin helped us use the hotspot on our Verizon phone to use until our other service was up and running. During this process he also told us about Verizon internet and how fast it is and it doesn’t take much to hook it up. He was so nice and answered about a thousand questions. We also cancelled our other carrier and signed with Verizon that very day. Thank you Melvin, your knowledge and patience isn’t something you see everyday. And we’re loving our Verizon service. Happy New Year!!!

Tamara did a awesome job with helping me out. I came into the store confused about my billing and service. She was able to explain everything in a professional matter without getting frustrated and I know I had a lot of questions for her. The store was very clean which I appreciated and she showed me other options to upgrade. Tamara was not pushy at all and was able to go into great detail on the difference of the upgraded phones. I am considering getting my 13 year old daughter a cell phone for Christmas and I am 100% coming back to Tamara in a few weeks to make that purchase. Words can’t explain how much I appreciate the service she gave today. I been feeling really down due to a family member passing, and haven’t been able to articulate my words in the best manner. Tamara was so patient and understanding, if I could give her 100 stars I would without hesitation. She will continue to get my business and I will refer everyone I know to her. Thank you so much Tamara, I will be seeing you real soon!!

If i could give this store a zero i definitely would!!!!!!!! Went to the store on Saturday needless to say we were there for 4 1/2 hours!!!!!! i was trying to be a customer! This girl that took care of me HAD NO DAM IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING!!!!!!!! SHE PORTED MY PHONE NUMBER OVER FROM MY OTHER CARRIER AND MADE ME AN ACCOUNT THAT I CANNOT ACCESS!!!!! THEN PUT A PHONE ON MY ACCOUNT THAT I AM NOW BEING CHARGED $ 1,110.. OH PLUS I HAVE A $137.56 BILL!!!! IT HAS BEEN 2 DAYS AND NOONE APPARENTLY CAN OR WILL HELP ME!!!! I"VE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOTHING!!!! THEY DISCONNECTED THE LINE ! WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVERETURNED THE PHONE THAT I NEVER EVER GOT BECAUSE THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME ALMOST $200 MORE FOR!!!! THE MANAGER DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LEFT THIS KID IN THE STORE WITH ME WHO DID TRY TO HELP BUT HE REALLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING EITHER!!! WE WERE STILL THERE OVER AN HOUR AFTER THE STORE CLOSED!!!!! NOW I'VE HAD NO PHONE AND OWE MONEY TO THEM FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT A DAM VERY BIG HEADACHE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I SERIOUSLY REGRET IT!!!!! I'M PAYING FOR A PHONE I NEVER EVER GOT!!!!! SERIOUSLY THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO HERE!!!! I WOULD HATE FOR ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGHT THIS!!!!! VERY VERY BIG MISTAKE!!! DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE WORKING ON PEOPLE"S ACCOUNT IF THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!
