I am incredibly pleased with the USPS service at the 53072 location. Steve, my carrier, goes above and beyond in ensuring efficient and reliable deliveries. His dedication is truly commendable. The facility itself is well-maintained, and the staff demonstrates professionalism and courtesy. Kudos to the team for their outstanding service!

Hold mail service stinks. For a simple 5-day hold with customer pickup, they delivered the first day, then held the next 2 days BUT DELIVERED before the hold ended (& wet). Only the last 2 days of the hold were properly held for customer pickup! They are very creative in messing up!

I have had consistently competent and friendly service here. Usually much less crowded than other nearby options so for all those reasons this is my preferred post office

Will loose your package guaranteed. Every time my packages go through here somethings wrong. It cant be that hard to keep track of packages. Once or twice is forgivable. But if my packages always have one sorting scan and then disappear that’s unacceptable. Ive heard of disorganized but the back of this post office must look like my storage unit.

Had a package delivered yoday. Package was ripped, I mean rippe dopen and items missing..Carrier said" not my job to check, I just deliver the the mail, and walked away... the hell it's not his job. Thats what he is paid to do at his high government job...
