Terrible experience at this location. My $900 jacket that I had sold on eBay was stolen by a UPS warehouse package handler after I shipped my item from this location. The UPS employee at this specific site insisted that I remove my jacket from the secured shipping box that I had packaged myself and Instead that I use a small tight fitting bag to ship a $900 jacket. The employee was practically shoving my jacket with all of his force into this very small shipping bag. He could barely fit the jacket inside the bag that he kept insisting on using this very tight fitting shipping bag. I couldn’t believe what I was watching this UPS employee do to my jacket to make it fit inside the tiny shipping bag. But worst part of this whole experience is that after the jacket was reported as stolen within UPS’s own shipping facility, UPS only gave $100 as compensation. You people are the absolute worst! I’m only shipping through FedEx from now on.

Amazon returns are a breeze here! They have a machine where you can scan your Amazon QR code, then put your item in a bag. The machine spits out a label that you can use to seal the bag, then you drop the bag into a designated spot. Then ta-dah! You're done! You don't even have to wait in line or talk to anybody! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Poor customer service by the blonde gentleman. Other staff was helpful. I was understanding and gave a couple more opportunities for him to address, he was not interested

The Staff at This ups store in Capitol Dr Pewaukee is really helpful and friendly all the time they know what they are doing.I shipped multiple packed and Amazon returns from this store.They instantly recognize me whenever I'm in the store.Both employees and Manager are Friendly and Humble.

Matt saved the day with incredible customer service! I mislabeled two large boxes and they got sent back to UPS. Matt called to let me know AND helped me get it sorted out and back to me! It was such a good experience and I really appreciated it!

This location is never open. What is going on with this location? Closed this past weekend and now today... Don't waste your time go to the Silvernail Rd location.
