I showed up 10 min before close with multiple things to mail and was not completely organized, and the man working was friendly, efficient and very helpful, not just me, but also to someone who walked in behind me who is having challenges of their own. I have always had excellent experiences at this location.

All of the employee's were super friendly, went out of their way to make sure I was cared for and did everything they could to make sure no one had to wait to be helped!

I’ve returned multiple Amazon items without packing it and all of the sudden I need boxes and bags for my returns (already packed in their original packing). Usually they just accept my returns and scan them, but this lady who helped me made it difficult. Maybe rules need to be consistent for all workers.

I went to the UPS store in Pewaukee. Darren provided me with exceptional customer service.I had several transactions to complete, he was very patient and extremely helpful. If I were in a human resource position, I would’ve hired him. He is the employee that every employer desires.

I had no idea they did printing, and stumbled across this over the holidays. We finally got around to designing some family cards, and used UPS to print. High quality, affordable and customized! We're very happy with the results and will be using them next year instead of a huge chain office supply store.

This is an excellent UPS store. The staff and management are kind, considerate, and helpful. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonable. They do a great job. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

Service has always been wonderful. They offer packing & shipping services. Very easy to use for any Amazon returns.I arrived near the end of the day. Mandy greeted me at the door, held the door open for me, & when she realized I had multiple boxes, she helped me carry them inside.I mistakenly scheduled an Amazon return at a different location. She helped me cancel that, so I could reschedule it using the UPS store. She quickly processed my Amazon returns. Then I had 2 boxes ready to be shipped, but they needed labels. I also had 2 big boxes that needed packing services. She answered all my questions & efficiently processed everything. This caused her to stay after closing time, & she did it all with a huge smile! Fantastic customer service!
