Paying for a pool usage and rarely getting to go because there's no pool due to power outages and issues with the pool system. The pool has been down more times, than it's been open this month

Good facilities but frequently sections of the club are shutdown for repairs. Preventive maintenance is not up to par.

Physical therapists are well trained and very professional. Facilities are very good and conveniently located. My wife and I have used this facility many times.
