Found exactly what I needed because of the guy at the counter. He searched for the part in the back, then he searched the hanging parts, and ran across it. It was an obscure part, he could've just said it wasn't on the shelf, but he found it. Thank you.

On my most recent trip to Napa, Amy helped me find axle seals for my truck after another parts store had no idea what I was looking for. I was impressed with her knowledge as well as her customer service. The staff at the Pewaukee location are very helpful, and customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend people come here for their parts. Parts are almost always available and the quality far exceeds other parts stores.
