My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Steve at the Mattress Firm in Sussex, WI, and we can’t recommend him highly enough! From the moment we walked in, Steve's welcoming demeanor and extensive knowledge made the mattress-buying process a breeze. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us through various options without any pressure.
What stood out most was his genuine passion for helping customers find the perfect fit. It was also fun to chat about baseball, especially with Steve being a Mets fan while I cheer for the Brewers! His enthusiasm made the experience not just informative but also enjoyable.

Very happy with my purchasing experience. Steven was super helpful in helping my fiancee and I choose a new mattress. He was not pushy at all and I felt like he legitimately wanted to help us find a mattress we would love. Also was very honest about options and it did not feel like he was trying to sell us on extra stuff we would not need/use This location was very clean and had a lot of great mattresses to chose from at different price points.

They listen to what we said. They only showed us mattresses that fit our need. Then when we were surprised to find a mattress that worked, they had it at a very reasonable price. Finally, they delivered it on time and did so perfectly.

Mattress itself was a little pricey, but high quality. Buying was easy, they had exactly what we wanted. Delivery was stellar, i did not pay the extra delivery fee for taking it inside but Luis and his partner carried it all the way up to my 3rd story apartment. Thank you!
