Although I prefer citgo or Amoco gas in my car I did have to stop at Kwik Trip. This place can get very busy. I usually pay at the pump rather than go inside and paying first. The inside is clean and full of different products to buy food or otherwise

I was.a.little disappointed with the grab and go selection and condiment area. There weren't many options out as far as sandwiches. They had a few rows of fish sandwiches, however.

Made a quick trip in and out, received excellent service! I don't often go inside the store, but something I can say is that every time I do walk in, the employees are nothing but helpful. On some occasions, they'll even crack a few jokes with me. Prices for the quality of product are also good. Would definitely recommend!

Drastically lowering standards. Multiple days in a row they have not had premium items available and condiments are lacking in a bad way.

The take out "Turkey Dinner" looks like it was scraps from someone's leftovers! Unappetizing!

I had lost my wallet and prior to visiting I had received a new debt card. When I went to make my purchase the card kept declining due to a banking/setup issue. Mark the cashier personally bought my sandwiches and told me to have a nice day! I’ll be going back to return the favor he did for us, however a great thing he did. Thanks mark!

Kwik Trip has a habit of short filling their 20 lb propane tanks. Every tank I checked was light. Other places sell tanks that actually have 20 lbs propane in them. When I inquired the clerk told me there should be 16 lb in them when in fact there should be 20 lbs in them. Buyer beware.

The counters were a bit sticky by the fresh blends machine, but other than that it was very tidy by the beverage area. The employees were friendly at checkout and extremely fast.

Very dirty! Floors were sticky and disgusting. Counters looked to have never been cleaned. Clearly not concerned for returning customers as I will never be back.

I've been coming to this KwikTrip once or twice every Sunday and holiday for 2 years, 4 months, and a week. I bring my well-used insulated travel coffee cup, and I usually get a cappuccino or flat white from the Karuba machine. Love that machine. The first twenty or thirty times I got my coffee I pointed out to the sales person that it wasn't just a coffee refill, I got it from the expensive machine and I was told twenty or thirty times, it doesn't matter what kind of coffee it is, refills are the same price. So, after a while I stopped telling them but to make sure they charged me something I would always tap the cup as I placed it in full view of the cashier and announced "refilll," plus whatever else I wanted, like Lotto tickets. This time was different in a really ugly, humiliating way. There were only two workers at one register, a young man who seemed to be in training, and his trainer. She was a short, young woman, both, and everyone else in the store were White, which is usually the case. I have never seen the workers follow around any White customers to see what kind of coffee they got, or to make sure any White customer didn't steal anything though I have seen White teens take food and drink they didn't pay for. Instead of greeting me, when I did my usual tap on my coffee cup with a "refill" as I was in the middle of my sentence, Trainer tells trainee as if I'm not even a human customer "Karuba Gold is more."I interrupted the interruption and asked, "Is this a new policy? I've been coming...."She interrupted again, "Karuba Gold is more."I tried again, "I've been coming here for months with the same coffee cup and"Again, the colonizer interrupts, "You got charged less because you called it coffee."There, the accusation was out and clear.I raised my voice and sped up so I could finish, "I have been coming here for months, and for the first many times, I told them it was a cappuccino or a...."Interruption again from the short rude bigot, "cappuccino is less than Karuba Gold."Now completely outraged and insulted, the whole store full of White people looking at the uppity Brown man who was trying to steal a cappuccino, I spoke so they all could hear "I've been coming here for months and at first I always told them I got the cappuccino from your fancy Karuba machine and I was ALWAYS told very clearly refills are all the same price. If the policy has been changed, then you should admit that instead of implying that I was trying to pull a fast one to avoid paying a tiny amount more." Raising my voice as I walked back to the coffee sink so all the witnesses could see I wasn't stealing their precious White people only coffee I exclaimed, "I am pouring this out and I'm not paying anything for it because I didn't have any of it. On the way out, just in case she didn't mean to accuse me of trying to steal, I said, " I do not appreciate being treated like this, I was not trying to cheat you." Cold supremacist stare, no apology. Trainee learned how to treat uppity Brown old men. Not a single White customer had any visible problem with the way I was treated. Some of you might know how this feels, those who don't, I hope you never have to be made to feel like a criminal because you look different. I still needed the coffee though, and there's another Kwik Trip run Stop n Go down the road a couple of miles. They sold a Karuba coffee for me for the low refill price, confirmed that's the policy, sincerely apologized for my treatment at the previous place and even though this second place is also all White, I was treated with respect, dignity, and an authentic friendliness that when they insisted I start coming to their place for coffee I found myself promising to.
