I got some issues with my cascadia truck center bearing this holiday week, and I had a load of perishables to deliver in Oconomowoc, I called and talked to Kurt a very soft spoken service manager, I showed up and after couple hours the broker teath(very honest) service manager said they can't fix it. Decent place, had no issues, clean restrooms, waiting lounge. 5 stars.

I had a problem with my truck and JX was able to get me in and out with no problems! Was very reasonable very nice and also had great hospitality as my family and I waited to get what we needed done. Everything was done the same day! And very reasonable pricing! Will be back for sure! Thank you to Kasey Schneider for the help along the way! He’s very understanding and wants to help!

When you know the bathroom has not been touced in 10 years or longer. Where is management? does your bathroom look like that at home? You don't wipe down your bathroom. This must be how you do business, dirty bathroom. You could lose out on 300,000 truck buying sale, because it shows jxe has no class. jxe what happen? Better take care of it.

*Long Read* Let me start by saying, after my experience here with my salesman Kevin, and especially Bryan the sales manager, and Derek the service manager, I am now and will always be a JX customer. The day I picked up my truck, 3 hours passed and my check engine light came on. I had planned on adding a warranty to it as soon as I could afford it (30 days max) as I had drained all my accounts, and sold my previous truck at a loss to make the down payment on this truck. I needed this truck to service a client in California and my old truck was a pre emissions kenworth. (Not allowed in Cali)My mother, father, and even my son helped pitch in. I almost wholesaled my Harley to get this truck. So seeing the check engine light almost gave me a heart attack. I called service the same afternoon and they said to bring it back first thing in the morning.Kirk checked the truck in and a few days later they discovered that the DPF filter ruptured. At first, my family and I went through agonizing days and nights worrying about losing the truck to costly repairs that were unforeseen to all parties.Then came the call that allowed my mother (and I) to finally get some rest at night. Bryan called and informed me that JX was going to cover the cost of repairs. He stated that it was an all hands on affair. From service, to my salesman, to Derek the service manager, to even some of the mechanics and parts people. That whole team there fought for me and said they need to help me. It wouldn't be right.So today I take delivery of probably the lowest mile, best condition truck I've owned in my 10 years of trucking. And yes I'm adding a third party warranty lol (The inspector is due any moment)God bless the entire team here at JX and those that made this happen. Last week was the most unsettling week of my life and I'm so grateful that I get that chance to survive as a small business.Thank you JX PeterbiltThank you Lord for guiding me through the most difficult time of my business, and what would've been the greatest shame I would've had to bare in failing my family if this whole deal fell through. Would give this company a zero star rating if it were possible. Terrible company all around. I have a 700 Plus credit score and offered at least 30% down on a truck and was somehow declined. For what you ask? I don't even know. Because they won't even tell me. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act I thought it was one's legal right to understand why they were declined credit. Called the finance department and it tried speaking with a woman named kathy. Refuses to answer or return my calls and my emails. The same with her manager named david. None of them have any communication skills. Would love to know why I was declined credit so I can have the due diligence and prepare myself for the next time I apply for financing on a vehicle. To better prepare myself to not waste anyone's time just like my time was wasted with this company. If people in this company are willing to ignore you right off the bat I Can Only Imagine what the customer service would be like when you actually need them when you have a problem down the road. I currently am a company driver for a trucking company that gets their vehicles serviced at this location and they do a terrible job. They claim to fix your issues and I'm sure all they do is somehow clear the check engine light because it reappears later that very same day. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this company. There are many other dealerships out there.

Bought a truck here in September from Kevin. It’s been nothing but a headache since. JX claimed it had a fresh annual inspection and was ready to go. $5000 later and an inspection at a different peterbilt dealer said otherwise. Dobb’s peterbilt in Shreveport found a cracked exhaust pipe under the cab that was causing the puffs of smoke from under the hood/cab we noted in the test drive and a massive oil leak that left a puddle in the ground in 5 minutes of sitting and would completely coat the bottom of the truck between the transmission and the motor that was steam cleaned off and not noted on the inspection sheet. After arguing about who would pay for those repairs it was found that the oil leak was noted on their internal inspection but not the DOT annual. Picked the truck up from the oil leak repair done at the Kronenwetter location and 500 miles later the starter bolts fell out (obviously not torqued to specifications) now 10,000 miles later it’s emissions issues and computer problems. This truck should have been scrapped the day it rolled off the assembly line. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Shoddy work, dishonesty, and poor customer service.

Absolute wonderful experience at this dealership! Walked in to look at a truck; knowing we are already working with someone at their other location- Todd took the time to show it to us and let us take all the time we needed. Didn’t rush us, Wonderful personality, wouldn’t even know he’s a salesman (RIGHT up my alley! I hate typical salespeople) and just a gem! If you’re looking for an outright great guy to buy a truck from; head here & ask for Todd!Thank you Todd; I’ll be back to buy that custom hot pink Peterbilt in a few years! Lol :)

Hello Guy's, I would like to thank the JX whole team they did very professional job fixed my truck in timely manner1. They made us an appointment for my truck to come in A day head2. Truck was in shop on time3. Shop forman ordered parts we need and they let us make the delivery4. Next day my parts were in at 6:00am and i didn't have to wait for the parts to come in5. truck was ready in 3 hrs. Next dayI highly recommend The JX Peterbilt.
