Why do you gouge the eyes out of your clientele? There is no reason your prices should be so high. You get the items for free. Be reasonable. Don't charge $50 for a CD player then expect me to "round up" What exactly is your "Goodwill mission?" If it is to take advantage of the less fortunate, then sir, you found it. People, just toss your wares in the garbage instead of lining pockets of these greedy thieves.

Stinks, don't believe it's non profit.

NEVER donate your stuff here because they'll jack up the price and sell it for way more than they got it for (free). Sell your stuff on FB market or give it to a friend bc this company is rotten now. Shoes for $30 from a place that's supposed to be apart of our community is outrageous.

Disappointed with the Decline in Quality and Price.I used to be a loyal customer of the Goodwill store, as it was once a reliable place to find affordable items. However, I am saddened to say that my recent experience has completely changed my perception. It is disheartening to see how this store has deteriorated in both quality and pricing.Once upon a time, the Goodwill store was known for offering a wide variety of reasonably priced, gently used goods. This was a haven for thrift shoppers like me, offering a chance to find hidden gems at affordable prices. Sadly, those days are long gone.On my recent visit, I couldn't help but notice the stark decline in the quality of their merchandise. The store now seems to be filled with nothing but overpriced junk. The items are worn-out, tattered, and often damaged beyond repair. It almost feels like they're selling things that should have been thrown away or recycled long ago. Moreover, the pricing of these items is incredibly unreasonable. I understand the concept of supporting a charitable cause, but that shouldn't excuse exorbitant prices for poor-quality goods. In the past, I could find fantastic deals on clothing, furniture, and household items. Now, I feel like I'm being taken advantage of as a customer, forced to pay a premium for castoffs that nobody else would want.It is disheartening to witness the downfall of a store I once held in high regard. The Goodwill store's mission should be to provide affordable options for individuals of all financial backgrounds, but it seems that this principle has been forgotten. Instead, they seem focused solely on maximizing profits at the expense of their customers.I sincerely hope that management takes note of these concerns and addresses the decline in quality and pricing. As it stands, I can no longer recommend the Goodwill store to anyone in search of reasonably priced, quality used items. Save yourself the disappointment, and seek out alternative thrift stores where you can find greater value for your hard-earned money.I miss the days when Goodwill truly lived up to its name, but sadly, those days are but a distant memory.

First of all the people they have working there are very very nice and efficient and friendly. There are great finds in all areas. However, sometimes things get so crowded and piled up that it gets a little dangerous to rummage through the shelf stacks. Just my opinion that if they priced things more reasonably, there wouldn't be such an excess of stuff. They could be pickier about putting broken items on the shelves.

I can't tell you how many times I have gone in there and found items from the dollar store price at two or three times what they were originally sold for. There is no reason why something that is used and dirty should be $2.99 or $3.99 Etc when it only cost $1 brand new. This is a straight-up scam if they're charging two or three times more for used dirty items then when the item was actually brand new. It's a total scam all they care about is money Goodwill is just out to get as many items on the floor as they can and get as much money from the garbage that is sold as they can there is no reason why a dollar store picture frame should be $4

Not what it used to be, prices are just too high, I can find brand new items for substantially less at Ross and TJ Maxx in the clearance aisle.

Very unhelpful staff. I came in and didn't have a card or cash as I was unaware they don't accept tap to pay... I come back the next day and we can't find a single item that we had on the shelf... I ask a store employee how protocol would have handled that and they say it would have went to the back until it was restocked... I then ask if she can look for the items the kids had put in our cart with great descriptions... One thing was a giant marble run. Supposedly they couldn't find it but they looked in the back for less than 30 seconds....I then asked a second employee to assist, the other employee who had just made almost no effort to assist heard me ask this employee and then she walked to the door leading to their backroom. When this employee walked to the back, this other employee intercepted him and said something to him. After that he spent less time in the back than the other employee.Very unprofessional1. Why no tap to pay?2. Why can they not do a manual card entry.3. Very unhelpful.I rarely go to goodwill and this certainly does not make me want to go back.
