Don’t use Fed Ex, or at least this location. We paid over $500 for an overnight delivery for Saturday that we needed in California. The binders did not show up on Saturday. The hotel staff is there 24/7, and verified no one from Fed Ex came. They promised is a refund, then reneged. The Fed Ex people online were rude and abrasive, and refused to look at the evidence that their driver lied by saying he “attempted service on Saturday” (which, of course, he never did). I’ve given some good business to this Fed Ex location. Never again.

Claire worked with us to design and develop the prayer cards and Thank You's for a funeral. She was very helpful, very professional and helped to develop an outstanding final product.I would definitely recommend!!

Had a frame packed and shipped. Wow, these people are so bitter and lazy. I will definitely pack and use a kiosk next time. Tip: hire people with good attitudes who actually want to help customers.

FIVE STARS for amazing customer service at this location! I’ve been using the services here for years and can’t imagine using anyone else for my printing needs. David is always willing to help with special projects and has my orders ready when I need them (many are last minute)! I truly appreciate the quick turnaround time and service with a smile!

Had a QR code to scan for them to print a label for an RMA. Went to one location and the guy said he couldn’t do it I went to the wrong type of FedEx location. Told me I had to go to different location 10 minutes further away. Get to this location and after 10 minutes of putzing they tell me the system is down. Bunch of clowns. FedEx is the worst!!

Went to pick up a delivery I was waiting all day for. Received notification that it was delivered at 6:49 pm. This was after the tracking showed "Out for delivery" at 7:14 that morning. Drove to pick up my delivery I had been waiting all day for, and by the time I could get there (15 minutes later), it was closed. Seriously? Complete waste of my day, and they don't open again until 9:00 tomorrow morning. It's 2023, and we're not all farmers. Either work out the delivery times better or be open more than 10 hours in a day.

I was at this office today to get two copies made at the counter. I was charged $3.00 to copy two simple pages. They charged $2.50 for anything over their counter. A complete ripoff. The woman clerk was rude and I will never go there again. Beware!

Do not trust Fed Ex! They lose your package. They have drivers who forge your initials to cover lost packages. You cannot contact anyone locally and national promises help but does nothing. Do not trust them!!

Tried this office for a package shipment, the guy who was giving me the rate, Adam, was showing unnecessary attitude, not helpful at all. I had very bad experience.

The team at this FedEx office are phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help our company when our other printer failed us. Their communication throughout the process was astounding and they went above and beyond to complete the job for us!
