Their drive thru is the worst service I have ever received. Not only do I have to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come over to help me and the other 5 cars waiting at the drive thru every. single. time. I come, but when someone finally decides to come over, they are usually rude and unapologetic. I completely understand being busy or understaffed once in a while, but if you are, then don’t offer the drive thru option.
My worst experience was when I came 15 minutes before their lunch break one day and there was one car in front of me, no one behind me. It takes me less than two minutes to get my prescriptions because I always make sure that they are ready to go and pre-paid so I thought 15 minutes would be plenty of time. After waiting and waiting, getting closer to their lunch closing time, a guy there finally comes over after 12 minutes of waiting and then takes another 5 minutes to help the person in front of me. The person leaves and by this time, it is two minutes past their lunch time. I pull up and the pharmacist guy there looks me in the eye and then immediately pulls the shade down, the only indication that they are closed. There is no one behind me and it takes barely a minute or two to get my prescription so I am very confused by this rude behavior, so I wait there for a second for someone to at least say “sorry we are closed for lunch”, but I get nothing. I finally decide to pull around to the front and walk into the pharmacy and find that the entire pharmacy is shut down for 30 minutes for lunch, they don’t have anyone to man the pharmacy while on break.
The guy who pulled the shade down is still walking around the pharmacy doing some last minute things when he sees me walk up and says “sorry m’am, we’re closed” then walks away without me offering a response.

Worst location ever!!!!! I'm trying to get my prescription filled and have been off of it for 3 days now!!!! Don't get your meds here, you'll regret it.

I like it here. I understand there might be somebody that's crabby working but they can't fix the size of the pills. It's not their fault that the drug companies change things with the pills. I switched to here from Walgreens. A real nice lady has been at the checkout upfront ,you make my day.!

Horrible service. Promised a prescription at 1pm. Came at 445pm still not done and had "circle" the drive thru till they were done. Worst pharmacy ever

Was the first one in line, someone else pulls up in a the covid testing lane and they give her perscription well before im on my way. Shouldnt have to wait for other people when i came early for a reason

Every experience I have had at this location has been wonderful. The pharmacy staff has always been extremely helpful and accommodating. There might be times that I have to wait, but this location can be busy and/or they are short handed. I am normally only here for the pharmacy, but once I had to return an item and the employee was super helpful and made the return easy.

My prescription was denied at Walgreens the girl at the counter was rude. So I called CVS Pewaukee the Pharmacist answered the phone and I gave her all my information. She said I will call over to Walgreens and have the script transferred over. I'll call you back w,a status. An hour later she called me back to let me know she had me all set it would ready in 15 min to pickup and the best part it was covered by insurance and it only cost $4 00. CVS has gained a loyal customer.

WRECKED my $2500 trip to Jamaica! We called to see if they do international travel covid tests and were assured they did. With QR codes. Well, after the test and my husband's results came back without a QR code they said no, we've never had them!! too bad. ALSO my test came UNABLE TO PROCESS. So now my 60 birthday is ruined. I WILL NEVER TRUST CVS AGAIN.

The wait times for your prescription are insanely long and the pharmacy staff is extremely rude and unprofessional.
