My Mom and I have been dealing with this bank for over a year now regarding a check that was electronically taken from her account. We did all the proper paperwork for fraud etc. Whatever they wanted. This has been gone on way to long as the person that was helping us got the money back in her account. Then they took it back. This is not the way to treat a 86 year-old woman. The money was fraudulently taken from her checking account. Was told if she had a credit card the money would of been returned right away. I am tired of dealing with a bank that treats there customer who has been with them over 15 years like she is nothing. When you live on social security $199.00 is a lot of money.

If you intend to use the ATM at this location on a regular basis, you will be disappointed. I use this ATM for business deposits on a regular basis, but have experienced several issues over the last few months, ranging from the touchscreen not responding, the ATM not accepting bills that have no issues, or even one instance where the entire ATM was simply off (no local power outage). Calling the branch is a waste of time, as they will simply tell you that the ATM self-reports any issues and claim they have no means of reporting issues. If the ATM doesn't know it's screwing up, it can't report itself. If the touchscreen isn't responding, it just thinks you're not there. If it's not able to scan bills, it just spits it back at you. When your branch on 76th & Morgan in Milwaukee had one of its ATMs ripped out of the concrete, I bet they didn't wait for the ATM to self-report it being stolen. Listen to your customers when they tell you an ATM is having problems and figure out a way to report it so that it gets fixed. Your customers deserve that much. I shouldn't have to give you a Google review to get someone's attention.

Always been a very good experience here! Just had to give them my ID and they gave me a complimentary set of checks! Not many places do that anymore! Go Chase! :)

I really thought that a big name bank couldn't be so bad but their work team at this branch confirms it. I made an appointment for a Friday and when I arrived it was very late according to, I went on Saturday with an appointment at 12:30 but now with covid19 the bank closes at 12:30 and they did not attend to me even though it is 30 minutes away from closing. Today, Tuesday, I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early and even then they did not attend to me but 1 hour after the scheduled time, changing all my plans. DO NOT COME TO THIS AGENCY

I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this location. I had an appointment with a banker that never showed up. After taking the day off work this was a complete waste of time. I withdrew all our business funds and opened another business account at another bank the same day.

I scheduled an appointment at the Fox Run Waukesha branch to speak with Tanisha about a loan. When I got to my appointment, I was told that she was sick. Cheryl sat down with me and took a list of questions and notes the she assured me would be forwarded to Tanisha that evening and said that I should expect a call back from her the following day. The next day went by and I didn't receive a call. I didn't stress it because I assumed she was still sick. I called her office on Monday, and she had no knowledge of any appointment and never received any email with any notes. I was annoyed, but assumed it was out of her control. I decided to set up another appointment with her, but this time at her office at the Pewaukee branch. We planned a 4pm meeting. Upon my arrival, I told employees that I had an appointment scheduled with Tanisha and they looked at me dumbfounded. Tanisha wasn't in the office. They called her and told her I was waiting and she then called my cell phone while I was in the lobby. She said that she received a call from Cheryl saying that I was expecting a call from her. She said she was confused because we had scheduled an appointment to meet, but never called me to clear up her confusion. So here I am sitting in a bank 40 minutes from home for the 2nd time (after leaving work) and still don't get to speak with anyone. She said “I looked at the email from Cheryl and I'm not sure I'm the one to meet with.†So yo DID get an email? Why not call me if I should have been speaking with someone else from the branch? This is a lack of professionalism at its finest!!!!!

Love Chase Bank...however this location not so much. I drive out of my way to go to another Chase when this is so close to home. It's not worth the bad service and dealing with staff who are not knowledgeable and show little interest in helping anyone.

We just moved to Wisconsin and the bank told me in order to make an appointment with the banker I need to call ahead. So I call ahead and call and call and call and guess what no answer. So then I go in and the manager knows that I need to talk to him because of the banker told him. He decided to go help and another customer in line before helping me. Wow
