I recently had a very disappointing experience at AutoZone. After several attempts to get help, not a single employee — including the regional manager who eventually returned my call — knew how to search for a missing receipt. Shockingly, they couldn’t even locate a receipt that was less than a week old using their POS system. The level of incompetence and lack of effort was incredibly frustrating. Rather than issuing a proper refund, they quickly pushed store credit as a solution, which felt lazy and dismissive. Overall, it was a poor and unprofessional customer service experience.

The gentleman who helped me was Austin Krueger, he was fantastic! Came in to buy new headlight bulb & he offered to install it for me. Not just that, but was able to isolate the reason why my headlight was burnt out & how it will get fixed. He was full of so much great information, he explained everything to me & was so kind. Thank you, Austin!
EDIT 3-6-2025: Irvan was such a sweetheart & was THE MAN today. Once again my car burnt a bulb out & Irvin not only saved me money, but he taught me a thing or two about vehicles & their maintenance. He did some sleuthing for me about what my car needed, truly going to extra mile. The staff here are the best. Despite coming here because my car is being a pain, they make the experience enjoyable!

We were very pleased with the service we received at the Pewaukee AutoZone. Nick was very helpful, added the wiper blades to our car, and we were finished in a matter of minutes. We would definitely recommend this store for any auto parts.

Went to Auto Zone with my granddaughter today. It was drizzling but Eric replaced the right front turn signal bulb on my granddaughter's 2012 Jeep Cherokee. Utube said to partially remove the fender well but Eric was able to replace the bulb from under the hood.
Highly recommend Aut Zone in Pewaukee on Capitol Dr.

Went in for 16 inch universal wheel covers. They had about 8 to 10 different ones to pick from. All priced around $50 for a set of four. Went home and installed. They have a great tight fit, two different mounting points for tension ring.
