I have been a customer of Associated Bank for over 20 years. Recently my account was hacked, so, we created a new account. I had Bill pay on my old account and it was added to my new account, but I wasn't able to access it for whatever reason. I called customer service and then they started paying my bills OUT OF BOTH ACCOUNTS, as well as DOUBLE/TRIPLE paying some of my bills as well as NOT paying others. I went in and talked to a gal & we thought we had it all figured out. NOPE!!! Called customer service several times over the last 2 months and NOBODY CAN FIX THE PROBLEM!! They are now telling ME that I SHOULD CALL FISERV (who took $480 from me and somehow charged one of my credit cards, not related to the bank) to try to straighten out the problem?. They are/have been my bankers for over 20 years, THEY GET PAID TO FIX these kinds of things, I shouldn't have to reach out to a 3rd party to resolve my issues. Further, I just received a letter in the mail, dated Dec. 2023, notifying me that a loan I PAID OFF IN OCTOBER, had been TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER 3rd PARTY IN FEBRUARY of 2023!!! Hardly timely, and I have still, YET TO GET MY TITLE BACK, when I was told it would be returned 3-6 WEEKS AFTER FINAL PAYMENT!!! This bank used to be incredible, but now they no longer can KEEP STAFF members and the HIGHER UPS JUST WANT TO PASS THE BUCK! I remember when I was treated like a human being there and not just an insignificant number. I'm disabled and all of this is affecting not only my financial health; but, my physical & emotional well being. FIT TO BE TIED?. Needless to say I will be looking elsewhere to do my business.

I visit the drive thru every Monday after work to deposit money for my church. I’ve had to wait several minutes for service, as I watch the tellers stand around socializing and ignoring the service bell. Tonight was the worse!! In the past, I have had the best service at this branch (mostly during the day). The tellers in the evening aren’t very friendly...I don’t know what’s going on but, I hope It gets fixed SOON!

My company has a commerical account and the girls who work at Associated are always so nice and friendly! Keep up the good work, ladies!
