This place is horrible. The cashier kept one of our bags behind the cash register and we were not given the bag at check out and left it. When I noticed it because we live in Rochester I called and spoke to Madeline which she read off all the items that were left behind. She did not know how to refund or what to do she said the manager would be into work that Tuesday from 8-5. I gave her my name and number for Mandy the manager to call me. I never received a call so I called her. The manager Mandy did not know what to do and had to call her boss. I gave her my receipt information with time stamped for her to view the video tape so she can see how the employee did not give us what we paid for. Mandy never called me back so I had to reach out to them again! Very upsetting when management says they will do something and they don’t. When I called Mandy again she said I spoke with my boss and I have to view the tapes now keep in mind this has been over a week now. At this point I’m returning to get my refund and will never come back. We use to always come to this location when an male worked there he was so nice and the place was ran great! Sorry this establishment has gone down hill. Also, I asked the manager if this establishment was private owned or not she didn’t know the answer, I also asked for her bosses name she said I can’t give that information without asking them first! Is this a legit business? Do employees get to keep items that were paid for and without giving refunds?

The manager is rude. Customer service was poor, absent. Yelled at us as we walked in the door, as the entire store had customers “WERE CLOSED GET OUT”. Will not be going back.

Hey, this is a Dollar store. I find it clean with a friendly staff. They have a wide variety of household items and most of the non-perishable food items you would need. Some fresh milk and eggs and some frozen goods.
