Very helpful staff. While determining how much board feet I required for a project, the gentlemen in the lumber section quickly determined how much with the least amount of waste. Project completed!

When we returned to our cabin this spring we found the fascia had pulled away from the upstairs dormer with rotten wood behind. Kyle was able to send a Contractor the next day to assess. Kyle also came with Rodney. They were able to determine what needed to be done and were able to come back the next day to fix it! Rodney and his crew were awesome!! Excellent communication, on time, professional quality and very friendly! I highly recommend Park Falls Building & Hardware and Rodney Otto with R & R Building and Repair!!

Great store and wonderful staff. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to have this store nearby. I did a big project about a year ago and got most of my supplies from this store. They delivered it at no extra cost, which was so extremely helpful. The lumber can be a bit pricey, just depends on what you get, but they have a good variety. Just placed another order, but by phone, and will have it delivered the same day. I really appreciate it! Highly recommended!
