Was just in their for two items and the one item was out of stock but the price tag was mislabeled and when I identified the problem to Jean, she just shrugged it off and didn't offer to help, or go look to see if she could find the right item. "That's just the way it is..." What a terrible place, super expensove too

They should change the name to Screw Value prices are way out of line way to high Not a place for locals to shop, Poor customer service not knowing the items there selling or where its at in the store, Went Dec. 22nd around 12:30 pm could not find anyone to help I saw only 2 persons wosrking one making keys and one at checkout that was clueless to what i needed Wanted an ice pick with a wood handle and a metal pick about 6 in. long,did not understand after I explained a couple of times, So I walk out got fed up I shop there often but i will not step a foot in there again even if I have to drive 50 miles I most likely will save money because of the inflated prices

Not from the area, but was up there visiting my Uncle, he told me about a great deal on Dewalt tools and...I ended up going from VERY low quality Black and Decker(even though Im about 80% sure they're made by the same company) to Dewalt. Got the impact, screw gun+2 batteries...the small ones, but still...also, a nice little bag and it was 129$ IIRC.This past year I needed something else, and they were helpful. Very nice, clean store.

I had a review on here and I was mislead by a person and that's why it was a bad review. I deleted that review and wanted to update my experience with this store. Everyone has been great every time we've been in there. I was mislead by someone about the price on a Cub Cadet rider I bought from there, this person is not an employee. So my apologies for the bad review I left previous to this one. The employees have been very helpful evey time we've been in there.

Went there to get some tools late last year and there was this guy(employee) chasing me around the store for no reason, have properties around the area and have rented equipment as well as purchase many things, unfortunately I was treated as a thief…. For now I will go to Philips

Love this hardware store. It's nice to be able to pick up everything you need especially in a small town. My husband and I are remodeling our new cabin, and we stop here frequently for our remodeling supplies. Great staff
