This has to be the best pharmacy in the area. I'm here often to pick up prescriptions for my aging parents. Not only are they prompt and friendly, Jan ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make my day better! Her smiles and kind words of understanding are what really make a local business shine. Stopped in to get a covid booster shot. Told me the earliest appointment was 5 days out. There were no other customers in the store.... Went to Poynette HTH and had it done in 15 min.

We’ve been going here since we moved to Pardeeville almost 10 years ago. Our experience has always been great. Helpful and knowledgeable Pharmacists and we frequently buy gifts here for kids and adults. I would highly recommend this business

I stopped in to look around a week ago, because I enjoy the Portage store, but I did not feel welcome at all at the Pardeeville store. Not only did the 2 women at the cahier station (for the gift shop) not smile or acknowledge me, when I walked in, they were also talking loudly enough about someone (and not nicely) that I could hear the whole conversation while browsing the shop. They clearly looked at me, but just looked like they didn't want me there. I did buy something, but still no smiles or friendly feeling, I actually felt uncomfortable. I worked customer service for years, and this isn't they way to make people want to come back. I just wondered what they said about me when I left. I talked to someone else from the area and they said the same.
