A couple of minor cosmetic issues that could have been explained by the salesman and/or disclosed before I flew 700 miles. But all in all they had it all ready to go, gas'd up, paperwork done. “I ordered brake pads and 2 rotors online and was able to pick them up shortly after ordering them. The only problem was that the 2nd rotor I was going to install was defective, so I had to put the old one back on. The employee I talked to on the phone about it was very understanding, and I was able to exchange it at the store without any problems or extra fee. Although receiving the initial defective rotor and having to make a trip back to replace it was an inconvenience, there was no hassle for the employee to replace it.
That being said, the Duralast rotors I got were a lot dirtier than ones I'm used to, and took quite a bit more elbow grease than normal to clean off. I'll probably use a different brand next time”

“Took my 2500 Ram in for a sensor recall a week before a month long camping trip. On Sunday the day before the trip, the check engine light went on. Took the truck in Monday morning without an appointment and they looked at it on the spot and determined the sensor replaced was bad. They replaced the bad sensor in less than an hour and was on our way to Canada. The service department provided outstanding service. We are very happy with both the sales and service teams at Martins.”

“I just purchased a 2024 Ford Expedition Timberline from Kunes Ford of Antioch. I would definitely buy from this team again. Everyone was very friendly to help assist the customer. The buying process was pretty quick, and I think being pre-qualified via Ford Credit did help speed up the process.
Our salesperson, Rocco Bowser, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the product and ensured it was a smooth process to purchase. Again, I would recommend him as a Salesperson. I remember he said, “I hope to have made a friend” after our encounter. I hope he did. He is also interested in helping people out. I admire that positive attitude which felt like it ran throughout the dealership.”
“It's hard to knock any of the department's faults when the service is so quick, cheap, and of good enough quality. It doesn't make any sense for me to do my own oil changes when it only costs $10 more to have them do it for me while I get some groceries.”
