Would not bring your pet here. Very very rude people they act like they are better then everyone. any questions you have they get annoyed or don't/won't answer. Asked how long tell they come grab us to come in and the lady was rude and wouldn't give a time. Most the Dr's I've dealt with seam like they don't care also it is very dirty doesn't seam like they clean and if they do not a very good job no chairs to sit on when you get to the room very outdated tried to use the bathroom and the lady stood outside the bathroom waiting for me and acted like there was something she didn't want me to see seamed very fishy

I have been with Osseo Vet for a few years now. I’ve only ever had the best experiences. ~My dog has been dealing with concerning tummy issues and they got us in just an hour and a half after I called, & they had just opened. Not only did they proceed with urgency, but we were greeted with such gentle care and positivity. Both my dog and I left feeling so relieved. Not to mention, they are the most affordable vet I have ever heard of. Thank you guys!!

Current dog owner for a year. This clinic has offered help and support for a first—time dog owner.
Supportive staff is both knowledgeable and friendly when I speak to them on the phone or in person. I’ve asked for pricing ahead of my appointments to ensure I won’t have sticker shock.
Location of the clinic is annoying, right off and close to a busy backroad, when parking and getting ready to leave, please keep your pets on a short leash. Oncoming traffic will not be going slow.

We were traveling through and realized we had forgotten one of our dogs' medicines. Called Osseo Veterinary Clinic, and they had the medicine and sold us 1 dose. Great service for a traveler.

The staff and the care given from Osseo-Augusta Vet Clinic has been great. We have equine and with the number of large animal vets declining I was concerned about getting care when I needed it and was relieved to learn this clinic would travel to our farm. During the past month we have had these docs out to our farm three times. Once for a scheduled "good bye" to our senior horse. This was handled with much compassion and Dr. Angie did great letting us know what to expect. About seven days after that another of our animals had colic (after hours of course) and Dr. Norby was quick to return my calls and came out promptly once we decided he wasn't going to come around on his own. The third visit was with Dr. Meg for routine shots/coggins. She spent time answering all my questions and I appreciate that. In addition to the vets the staff who take the calls and do the billing have all been professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this clinic for your animal care needs.

Extremely disappointed in this clinic. I called because of a sick bird. When I called I ask for a return call from the avian vet to decide if I should bring him in or treat fora form of parasite. I received no return call and had to call the after hrs number and the vet told me it’s probably an ulcer. I did what he suggested with no improvement so I called first this Sat morning to try to bring him in and was told the vet wasn’t working. I had to request/beg to bring a fecal sample in. Monday I had to call to check on results and they had forgotten to call me and tell me there wasn’t enough to test. I was given the meds to treat for parasite but there was no improvement so I called and asked for the avian vet to call me. They forgot to add me to her call list and said she’d call tomorrow. I waited til 1 for her to call and no return call. The animal died. The lack of concern or care was appauling.

I’ve had many positive experiences with the veterinarians at Osseo Vet. They have come out to my farm many times & have always been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind to my horses. Even when they’re very busy, when it’s my turn they have always given my horses their undivided attention and thoughtful care. The office staff is top-notch too and always pleasant!
