Very expensive towing then they act like they know what is wrong so they get the repair job truck was there 10 days they just started throwing parts at it wich other mechanics said there was no possible way that was the problem and ended up towing to a real shop and it was the turbo that Tom supposedly checked and said it was good. And proceeded to say it was the ecm. Was not a issue at all . Total with towing over 6400 and the truck was same issue as it went in they just want to waste your money I have over 3000 in parts can't return won't even work on my truck

Water pump on the RV. Towed to the shop, spent the night in the RV. Pump put on the next morning, then on the road. Thanks Tom & crew!

Called for help, guy says he won't be able to help until tomorrow, I asked if he knew of someone who can help being as it's an emergency and he hung up on me. Definitely do not recommend. Customer service sucks.

The NDOW team did great job for a fair price. We had never used them until today and will definitely use them again.Our driver broke down on 94 at 3am. They towed the unit to their shop, got parts in and got us going. They dropped our driver at the motel and picked him up.

I highly recommend this place. Yolk seal on rear end went out they got me in and out on no time. Also had them change oil, lube ,coolant hose that was leaking. Very reasonable price.
