I came to look at a buik lasabre from this deeler. I got there. They refused to let me test drive it. Also the car they are selling is way overpriced with the kelly blue book value at 2,000. The car had rust and dents and cracks it wasnt worth that much. I was gonna trade in an acadia. The car also had oil issues and a rusted subeframe. I also felt i wasnt treeted with much respect and was not being taken seriously when i was there looking at the car and asking questions about it. Almost as if they were treeting me like some chikd. Refused to let me test drive it, and all out just didnt feel welcomed.

Service Review
Cons:
No communication on encountered issues during service. Just a concealment to get ya out the door.
I seemed to encounter a snippy employee who slightly got better later on.
Little steep for part prices 2x at least
Pros:
The work was complete and the vehicle was clean
Great time management - Quick Service

I bought a used 2015 Chevy Trax from here in November of 2023, with a little over 100k miles. They told me they fixed the spark plugs before I purchased it, great. Within the first 48 hours of me owning this Trax, I had a check engine light on. I brought it in and I was told it is the intake manifold, therefore they fixed it fully covered, also amazing. 2 check engine lights followed after that, but those were minor/irrelevant to this review. Their building in Fountain City are who did my oil changes, considering I am closer there. Recently I decided to bring my car to my trusted mechanic I have been with for over a year and a half, (considering my 3,000mi warranty had expired at Osseo) and within 5 minutes of them having my car in their shop, they told me my valve cover is leaking oil onto my manifold, and has been for a while. So not only did Osseo fail to mention to me that I was leaking oil onto the manifold they had to replace, Fountain City Ford also failed to mention to me that my oil was leaking onto my intake manifold everytime they changed my oil. I am unpleased with both Osseo and Fountain City. Anyone considering buying a used vehicle from here, keep this in mind. Yes used vehicles come with issues, but it is completely different when it is ignored & failed to be mentioned to the owner of that vehicle. Not only is this an issue, but I am already having to replace my front brakes as well. I have had this vehicle for almost 5 months, and this is what has come of it.

Very friendly helpful gentleman at the counter. Explained everything that was being done at my first service. Waiting room was clean and I enjoyed a free soda and watched some tv. Every employee that walked by said hi to me which made me feel welcome. Thanks guys!!

Your Ford side is so different from the Chevy side. I would not recommend the Chevy side at all. The people are not friendly. They are not smiling. They are not welcoming. One was made to feel like you are ruining their day. They look down their noses at the people coming in. I only booked with them because my mother said she goes to the dealership in Osseo. She has a Chevy. When we got there, she went right in to the Ford side. The Ford side acknowledged her right away. They were friendly and welcoming. Nothing but snobs on the Chevy side and I can see why my mom does NOT go to that side. I will never send anyone, friend or foe!
