I got here day early my appointment they were open and have no truck in docks and they got like 15-20 empty docks they still won't take me. so so lazy people works here, good thing they have overnight parking other than that I would like to give them half star they don't even deserve to have full star. And they told me I can check in 7 and they still make wait for my appointment...

Delivered the load on time, they say this load wasn’t supposed to be today, broker says it was today! It's their problem, but as always, the truck driver suffers, who has been driving without days off for a couple of weeks and decided to go home but can’t because they can’t unload him, and the next load has already been canceled! I hope this message will be read by the staff and they will reflect on the weekend when they are with their family, that someone at this moment is sitting not at home, but somewhere at a gas station in the truck instead of being with their family! Before you say it's not your problem and it's not your fault, think about whether it’s the driver's fault who did his job well and arrived on time!

Arrived at 7 AM for a 9 AM appointment. The guy at check-in was friendly, and gave me a door right away. Loaded it out with paperwork by 8:30 AM. Only complaint would be they won’t let you use the restrooms that are right inside the shipping office.

This is the best service company, Prinhal quickly checked in at 7 am and gave a dock at 8, the guys unloaded it in 25 minutes. Thanks to all the employees! There is night parking!

Put me in dock unloaded part of my load. Then unloaded 3 trucks next to me. Finished me but left dock lock for 20 minutes ni consideration for my time.

No Problem. They come in at 6am start receiving at 7am. I checked in earlier. Gave me a dock and started unloading. Fast unload. Drivers don't break the seal. Nice guys. Overnight parking. Very clean restroom and break room. Thanks WOW for making trucking great again!

Big easy lots for backing. My appointment was messed up so I ended up not delivering, broker was at fault. Warehouse guys were polite and helpful.

If you a truck driver like me don't get to this place early because they will not take you..even if there's no other trucks around Fat guy at the window grumpy ? all the time.
