If I could give this place zero stars I would. Looks run down. Gave them a prescription to fill in which they said it would take 30 minutes.. fine. Sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes, then got in line again- by the time getting to the window it was now 45 minutes after the original time. They told us then because of a new insurance we would have to go inside.. which was not told to us in the beginning. So I went inside. By my surprise- they hadn’t even started filling my prescription!!!! So then I was told ANOTHER 30 minutes. Sitting 1.5 hours in their parking lot for a simple prescription fill. Horrible experience. This place is a joke.

Absolutely horrible service at the pharmacy. You're either in line for 30-45 minutes (drive-through or walk-in) or catching an attitude from their employees.

I needed an odd sized photo to put in an urn. Josie was beyond helpful in finding a way to print my photo so it would come out in a usable size. She is the true meaning of genuine customer service!

Stopped at this store the other day and the cashier was Very rude to a customer who clearly had speech issues and down right embarrassed him and made him feel stupid as I heard the customer say they had a stroke! I put my stuff down and left and will Never go to a Wal Greens again!

Every single time. This place is just awful, there is nothing convenient about it. Only 1 staff that works the window while 10 people stand in line, 1 person works the drive through window and moves faster and more efficiently than lady at the counter. And for the doctors that are old school still writing the prescriptions - there is no “drop off” area, so now you have to wait in line twice and most definitely for the same amount of time. People need their meds so obviously everyone can’t go somewhere else! The ratings probably mean nothing to ’Walgreens’. Dislike this place very much, unfortunately it is close to my house . ?

The pharmacist and workers are excellent but they are BEYOND understaffed. This is not their fault. You will be waiting over 20 minutes in line minimum during busy times and the drive through has been closed every time I have gone. I’m here for a scheduled vaccine appointment that was scheduled to happen 30 minutes ago and no sign of it coming up.Go to 9th and Koeller instead!! Or CVS!

The pharmacy here is garbage. It would probably be more efficient to have your prescription filled on the moon. Oshkosh has many other pharmacy options, there is really no reason to use this one.

Why on earth is there only 1 person ever working the counter? The lines are always 6-7 people waiting forever. People have lives!

This review is for the pharmacy specifically, I’ve never had a problem with anything with any other part of the store. It’s kept clean, the associates are usually friendly. Such a shame that the pharmacy is poorly run. I’ve had prescriptions shorted and then promised a refill for the remaining and never got it. I’ve been given wrong amounts of medications, I’ve also been treated poorly too and talked down too. I understand that these types of jobs can get frustrating but when multiple people are saying this and having the same negative experience over and over. So I won’t be coming here anymore and I don’t recommend the pharmacy in the slightest

Im tired of not being able to order my time sensitive medications for my autistic grandson because they're always temporarily closed. Time to move his rx to a dependable pharmacy.
