On Dec 4, 23 in the afternoon we were shopping for a new "queen sized, soft to medium firmness mattress". The man at the Oshkosh store had a bad attitude when we walked into the store, was poor at communicating, repeatedly uninformative when asked about their products, poor at guiding me to what we repeatedly said we were looking for and was rude. He was one of the worst sales people I've ever worked with and it was the worst shopping experience we have had in 50 years. We left before we tried out any beds, I wouldn't buy anything from him. We won't be returning.

Very nice store has very nice mattresses & Jessie was very helpful in explaining how they make each one & how the return policy works if your not satisfied they will pick it up the day you request & make it to your adjustment as asked & return it the same day. Now that's great customer service. If looking for a mattress go stop in ask for Jessie.

Easy purchasing experience! Friendly and knowledgeable! The delivery was just as great! Can’t comment on the mattress itself currently as we just got it but the customer service is top notch! If I can update this, I’ll update my review after sleeping on the mattress a while. Can’t imagine it being bad, it was comfy in the store!

I went in and picked out a bed. Salesman was helpful but after I filled out my application for financing I never got a call back. I tried calling to check on everything and the saleswoman said she'd have him give me a call. Nothing yet & it's been 2 weeks.

We have had a great experience with Jake And Dayra! We bought a beautiful futon from them and most recently, an adjustable airbed! They delivered it and helped us set it up, as well as taught us how to use the controls and set up our personal settings for it. It fit perfectly in our current bed frame and has been a godsend for my husband’s back and for my sleep! Great people to work with!! Highly recommend!!

Although I have always bought matresses from Verlo, and never had any problems, the sales woman in Oshkosh store was insulting.

Not the cheapest mattress on the market but absolutely the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. We went for a pillow top on both sides so it can be rotated. We truly LOVE this mattress. We purchased this mattress 4 years ago and it is still like new. One of our best purchases ever!

Have been working with Verlo on correcting a mattress purchased for a back issue of mine. The mattress purchased is too firm (I'm a side sleeper) and doesn't appear to help with my back pain. I spoke with Sam, a Verlo manager in Appleton and he offered to get me into a different mattress. He (Sam) was very understanding, regarding my dilemma, and was pleasant to speak with. I gave four stars only until the new mattress arrives!

Salesman very informative and helpful in explaining how the mattress was made, listened to my needs, willing to order modifications to the mattress to make the sides firmer. Well worth talking to before you make your final decisions. Righteously priced!!! Check it out!

I bought a couple beds from Verlo in Oshkosh and am very satisfied with them. I had to laugh when I saw the Verlo delivery truck coming down our rural road a few days early. What are the odds that my neighbor had also chose Verlo mattresses for their newly built house and they were to be delivered just a few days before mine? The gentleman I dealt with at the Verlo store was very accommodating as we custom designed the mattress for my bed. The only detail that we missed is that my bed frames are "full classics" rather than regular old "full" size. This caused the box spring ( or whatever they call it these days) to be slightly too large to fit correctly. Not the end of the world I guess. The second mattress that I ordered was a nice thick futon for my deck bed. I use this mainly for guests and they love it. Many guests have commented that they can't believe that is really just a futon mattress. Yep, it is a Verlo futon mattress.
