I visited this store with my 80 yr old father to upgrade his 3G flip phone. We spoke to two reps, Alexander (Day 1) and Jessica (Day 2). They were both phenomenally helpful and patient. Jessica not only investigated his account to maximize service and minimize cost, she also laughed at his terrible jokes and reassured him that if he had any trouble with the new technology, all he had to do was come back to the store and she would help him. Jessica let us try out various cases and did as much setup as she could in the store, all courteously and patiently and, best of all, adjusted volume for my hard of hearing dad. Highly recommend this store, particularly if you're supporting your folks or grandfolks.

Worst store ever. 1st time I went the guy messed around with his iPad for 20 minutes trying to get it to work when he finally did he asked me for my license which I didn't have, by then I had no time left in my day. Second time I went, without warning they changed their store to "by appointment only". I had to waste 1/2 of day to get my phone upgraded. Then after I upgraded to what I thought was an iPhone 11 Pro Max, I got home and it was not a max. Now I have to spend another day of work trying to get the right phone. Tried to call customer service several times and I just go round and round a pre-recorded loop. I can't book an appt for Monday morning because there is no one to set it up. So frustrated! If I could give them zero stars I would. Also you cannot call them. You can call but get a corporate voicebot and can't get directly to the facility!

Went to buy iPhone 11 Pro Max, and was told I wouldn't find one for 500 miles in stock. Very next day, went to the Apple Store in Milwaukee, less then 70 miles, and bought the iPhone. Moral of this story is always buy it at Apple. But Thanks for trying Chase. You're cute by the way.

I've been a customer of VERIZON for almost 15 years but the customer service level has sharply declined in recent years. I stopped in yesterday to complain about a case I had bought that I had repeatedly asked if it would interfere with the wireless PowerShare feature on my new S10 plus and was told no it would not but yesterday the same salesperson told me he was just guessing and it was past the return period. I would never have bought the case had he not told me I would have no problems. Seriously thinking of taking my almost 600 dollars a month somewhere else.

Super shady!! These guys wouldn't let me change my phone plan without purchasing a new phone today. We drove to Appleton where the staff not only did this for my family, but there was no pressure to sell or upgrade. Stay away!

Update: Went here recently and had a totally different experience. Staff was friendly, helpful and engaged. Wasn't able to fix the problem with my phone but gave definitely worked on it and gave me some tips. I was bracing myself with another crappy experience and it was the complete opposite!

I was traveling and my phone happened not to work for several days. I came here and they were super attendant to what I needed. Cassie ordered my phone to be shipped the next day. Thanks for the great service.

Staff is super friendly. The associate was very quick to offfer assistance when I got into the door. She found the accessories that I needed and was out the door within a few minutes. Super service..... Price was a OK only because of my corporate discount took off about 25% and it was only around$14.00 for an iphone 5 plastic holster.
