Our postman is AWESOME!! He is the kindest person I know! He always goes the extra mile and brings packages to our door even if he could squeeze them in the mailbox if he’s worried about bending something important inside! His name is Joe and services Old Orchard Lane in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. PLEASE tell the Postmaster to acknowledge his superior performance!! Thank you and Joe is the BEST!!!

Total and absolute failure of their jobs, how packages arrive at 2am and sit there all day and doesn't get updated and doesn't move is beyond me. They can expect a visit from me to pick up my package myself at this rate. Never had a good interaction with any USPS location, all of them are staffed by creatures who live in the darkest recess of humanity. #defundUSPS

Worst Post Office ever! Everyone is so rude, never been fully staffed. Go out of your way to a different location where the people are friendly and the service is better.

Get a receipt! I purchased a prepaid label for a return and dropped off at usps drop box. The package became lost with the tracking number saying it was never dropped off. USPS could not provide information that the package was ever at their facility, unless I had the exact minute it was dropped off.. seriously?! The exact time, not between 2-3.. how can you deliver packages and not at minimum know when the tracking number arrived and left the facility?!

Always had a decent experience until today. Walked in to mail a small package I’ve mailed numerous times at the same location for the same rate. I was informed by the lady that I needed to pay $10 instead of the usual rate of $5. The package was going from Oshkosh WI to Green Bay WI. When I began to state that I’ve mailed over 10 packages at the same rate from this location she became confrontational and extremely rude. She offered no reason as to why it needed to be shipped the $10 option and stated over and over that I WILL NOT SHIP THIS PACKAGE. Drove 5 minutes across town and mailed from a different USPS location for the $5 option no arguing or scene. I’ve had a couple pleasant transactions at this location but was completely taken aback from the rudeness and lack of professionalism from this lady.
