“Thank you to Don and the staff at Jacobson Auto Sales. My car had reached its limit and I needed a different one. I called and explained I hadn't purchased a car by myself since my husband died. They asked what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. They got back to me with options. I went and test-drove a car with some of my family. I purchased the car and it came with a 6-month warranty. Two months later I had a concern about the air conditioning. I took it in and they checked it out. They had me drop it off for repair. They found out it was the air conditioning compressor. They ordered a new one and gave me a loaner car. This was covered by the warranty, including the loaner car. I have my car back and it is operating beautifully. “Y’all this review comes easy to write with the service I experienced. I had a sudden issue come up and the mechanic I went to previously was out of town for a while, leading me to search for someone else. I looked at reviews at different mechanics and found lakeview. The reviews felt confident and reassuring to the anxiety I get about going to new mechanics. My first impression of Derek was that he was very kind and confident in his work. He did a full inspection of my car and found my issues and gave me a wonderful estimate for my repairs. He made sure he had key notes of my issues so I was very well informed. Which I appreciate having all the knowledge informed to me. The mechanic I had previously didn’t do the greatest of jobs but Derek and chandler both did amazing work on my car it’s driving sooooo much better. “The day after Thanksgiving, disabled on the hwy. There within 15m, offering a tow to the local dealership. Being from out of town I agreed that was the best idea. Driver chimed in saying "we can fix that today." I immediately took that option over the potential cost of a dealership. We go directly to their yard which is exactly what I could of imagined. A yard, full of vehicles all years makes shapes & sizes. In my experience seeing that is simply reassurance that they know exactly what they're doing. We were given the best accommodations they could, a comfy spot out of the cold. The kicker is, the dealership I could have gone to didn't even have the part when they called, neither did the 2nd or 3rd parts delivery. The boys at Loren's got it done doing more than I'm sure I noticed. The work & customer service I received from them, I honestly couldn't have asked for more.
