I just wanna say that Andrew & Jaay are AWESOME!!!!!!!! They are SOOO nice, friendly & very helpful. Plus they didn't make me feel like an idiot for all my questions & just not knowing or understanding things!!!!!!!! I will not go in there unless 1 of them are working!!!

I've been with US Cellular for a year and have had nothing but trouble! Specifically, management at the Murdock Ave. location in Oshkosh, AND their customer support line. They are not fully trained and give misinformation. Plus, they act bothered if you keep asking questions that don't get answered properly. I was promised a particular credit when I signed up with them. When I didn’t see it on my bill I would call or go by to see why I wasn’t getting it. I was always told to be patient. It’ll show up after one or two billing cycles. Then it showed up a couple of times and then disappeared. When I inquired, ONCE AGAIN, I was told I had to reapply. Then told (AGAIN) that it would show up in the next billing cycle or two. NEVER CAME! I called today and spoke with management. I was told (AGAIN) that it’ll be on my next bill. Now, US Cellular won’t take accountability for their error, or their staff’s error. I figure I’m out approximately $360 because of all of this! I'm beyond frustrated with them! If I didn't owe money for the "free" phone I got, I'd leave them in a heartbeat!!!

If you live in Oshkosh good luck getting service. US Cellular has hardly any reception.

I went to US cellular on murdock in oshkosh, wi.I have medical problems. There were 3 ladies there. I dont think it's professional to snicker and laugh at someone . How do that that person doesn't have much longer to live.

Love this hidden gem. Hardly ever wait too long in line. I went to the main US cellular store on Koeller Ave. and they were booked for over 2 hours.. I decided to stop here since I've been here before and got right in. Staff/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I bought a new phone so it took a bit to get it going but I knew that at when I arrived. More people need to go here!! Thanks Cheyenne(sorry if I spelled that wrong) was a great experience once again.
