Prompt responses and great customer service! I needed a package picked up and shipped, and they helped me through the whole process. It was easy to set up an order over email, and the package arrived quickly and in excellent condition.

Great customer service!! Amazon misplaced our return and our refund was taken back. The owner’s of the UPS store provided me with a number to call and walked me through step by step and checked in with me to make sure it was received. We use their service several times a month for years and will continue to do so. Thank you UPS store!!

This UPS Store has honest, hardworking folks who truly care about great customer service. They don't make you feel dumb for asking "dumb" questions or issues about returns and or shipping. How can you find out the correct information if you never ask? Everyone is very kind and talks friendly with respect. They don't charge for taping your box up to return to Amazon like other UPS stores in the area do. Everyone goes above and beyond to do a great job.
