Towing in Oshkosh, WI

“Where do I start? I suppose I will start at the beginning. When I walked in the door, there were fun cars sitting in the lobby that made me smile, I won't spoil the surprise, you will have to go see them for yourself! Then off to the right, at the service desk, there were a few gentlemen helping guests on the phone. A kind man greeted me and explained the charges, which were much lower than I expected. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I didn't feel hurried or taken advantage of, which was refreshing.

In the back of the shop and even in the parking lot, Adam made sure I got my concerns taken care of. He and his team were very helpful and honestly made my experience pain free. At one point I had 5 employees standing over my car working together to try and find a solution. As it turned out, my cars value didn't really match up with the amount of money I was looking at to get it started again. I was surprised to hear that since ordinarily I expect people I'm offering money, to just take it and leave the explanations for later. Instead, I got an honest opinion on where I stood with my car and I will be forever grateful for not being taken advantage of.

I will definitely be returning should I ever need automotive advice or work done in the future. They even helped walk me through how to use some of my membership benefits to get my car towed. To sum up my experience, I wish I could give more stars to these people! Truly a great experience in spite of the poor news about my car.”

“Been coming here for awhile and every time has been great. Every time I come in they are quick, friendly, and try to get on your car the second they’re done with others. If you need a spot to go come to these guys they will take care of your problems and send you on your way for a reasonable price.”

“I just want to say THANK YOU to both Shannon (I think that was her name, she answers the phone) and Andrew!!! My car broke down in the middle of the road this morning. I'm a younger gal still and I'm very sensitive and emotional lol. I called Noltes crying, actually bawling because of my situation (I was overwhelmed) and Shannon was very sweet on the phone. she reassured me that help would be there quickly and not to worry. she gave me a time estimate of 20-30 minutes. Andrew showed up within 10 minutes of my call. I was still shaken up but he also reassured me and told me he would get it taken care of and delivered back to my house. he did it very quickly but safely. “I've known and Trusted David for at least a decade. He's always done excellent work at very reasonable price. I've sent my daughter to him knowing he'll fix what needs to be fixed the first time. He's working on my Ford Fiesta right now. customers attitude should also be reflected in customers bill. They have sure been great to me and my daughter...my friends, Scotty, Sherri, Jeff and several other people I know.Recently Fleet Farm Oshkosh diagnosed my daughter's vehicle and estimated $1200 in repairs. Dave diagnosed and fixed the problem with the correct diagnosis and quality part for under $200. The Fleet Farm diagnosis was completely bogus and unrelated. He inspected her vehicle, looked at FF's estimate, we inspected those specific parts AGAIN nothing on the estimate was in need of repair and what was wouldn't have fixed the issue.”

They cleaned my vehicle up before I picked it up inside and out. I was very pleased with the work they did after I hit a deer . The ease of going to them is what was the best . “Wow. Amazing service! We live in our rv so our jeep is the only vehicle we have to get around town. Jeep starter died at the gas station at 8:30pm. We were stuck! Called AAA and they failed. Big fail. Found these guys after a quick Google search. Came and got us in 20 minutes. Took us to camp and let us unload the jeep. Took the jeep to their shop and fixed it the next morning. Picked me up to get my jeep back. They even worked with AAA to cover the tow. Best service Ever! Great prices. Highly recommend this shop.”

“The day after Thanksgiving, disabled on the hwy. There within 15m, offering a tow to the local dealership. Being from out of town I agreed that was the best idea. Driver chimed in saying "we can fix that today." I immediately took that option over the potential cost of a dealership. We go directly to their yard which is exactly what I could of imagined. A yard, full of vehicles all years makes shapes & sizes. In my experience seeing that is simply reassurance that they know exactly what they're doing. We were given the best accommodations they could, a comfy spot out of the cold. The kicker is, the dealership I could have gone to didn't even have the part when they called, neither did the 2nd or 3rd parts delivery. The boys at Loren's got it done doing more than I'm sure I noticed. The work & customer service I received from them, I honestly couldn't have asked for more.
