Worse place to send anyone my father was sent here and was neglected and mistreated by the cruel and mean staff saddens to know that there are places like this in the world

Mom has been there nearly 4 years and although the staff continues to rotate frequently we’ve had an excellent experience there. I’m one of the most frequent visitors and have had very helpful and professional interactions with a majority of the staff. Our family feels mom is well cared for and safe!!

Very happy with how my mom is being treated. She says she is treated very well and that is what I also see. RN Lisa is very helpful and follows up promptly with requests. Caregivers show personal interest in helping the residents. Glad we chose The Residence for mom.
