I’m shocked this location only has a 3.6 review. Went in to do the phone stuff and Ben was phenomenal. He was extremely detail oriented and answered all questions. If he didn’t have an answer he went and looked for the answer. Only thing that caught me off guard was another sales rep kind of reprimanded him in front of us, that could have been handled privately. It wasn’t pertaining to our purchase. Just felt super bad for Ben. Nick was pretty sweet too! Thanks dudes! (:

The 3 guys working are great at their jobs, filled out the rebates for us before we left the store, did everything for us they could. Took alittle linger then expected to switch over but worth it since the money they saved us.

As a senior, the technology can be intimidating. The two young guys who helped me transfer my old phone stuff to a new phone were extremely helpful.

Nick was really amazing to work with. AT&T has been the bane of my existence for a while now and I’ve been looking to switch. Nick was super patient and helpful while on hold with AT&T for almost an hour. We were able to find a workaround to get my phone up and running after having no service for almost half the day. Couldn’t be happier with the service I got at this T-Mobile store

It's been a while since I've been in this store. It's been remodeled and is more open now; they finally got rid of the piece of carpet that people kept tripping on. ?The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We went in with a SIM card issue and came out with the phone fixed and saved a bunch of $$ on our phone plan. We are very happy about that!

Prices are always different than the website from t mobile.I won’t be buying from them anymore. Only online. Salesman was very shady about what my account actually said and what t mobile website told me. Customer service agent online said that the salesman wasn’t being honest

Ohmygosh, the employees here are so nice. While transferring my info from my old phone to my new phone the employee talked to me about all kinds of things. It made the experience much more enjoyable. Not only that, but he was also very honest that he didn't use the phone I bought so he couldn't answer all my questions. I value honesty above all else. Plus, I now have their internet and it is saving me about $35 a month of what Spectrum was charging me.

Nick from T-Mobile from Oshkosh was helpful, organized and cared. He wrote everything down for me and followed through with what he promised. He is friendly, sincere and knowledgeable. Ask for Nick! He deserves a big raise from T Mobile. (And he is a veteran for those who that is important)
