Great job Kendra! Understanding how complex and changing technology is, it was not unexpected that we couldn't get my phone's data to work. But, you did give it your best and called your Manager after going through everything possible.I completely understand your Manager telling me to call 'Tech Support' to continue troubleshooting. Even though it seemed like I was being brushed off, they do have the resources. And, the manager mentioned, you are just 'Sales'.While it would be nice to have a working phone right now, I give you credit for remaining cheerful as we worked through the steps. As a ticket was submitted with 'Tech Support', I'm sure it will all work out.My problem is most certainly due to the recent 'upgrade' Spectrum made to help people with data connectivity issues. It's a system issue, as explained to me by 'Tech Support'. So, if anyone else is having trouble, it might be due to this.Thanks again!

I made an appointment online the night before never got a confirmation got to the store before it opened waited in line only to find out my appointment wasn't taken attempted to make up for the next day after waiting in the store for an hour and still not getting service...attempted to make an appointment for the next day... The time disappeared on the schedule but never gave me a confirmation that I had the appointment! No wonder why the lines are out the door and hours long! Terrible service...just to exchange equipment!!! Needless to say am thankful There is finally another option for Internet in town!!!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the wait was 30 minutes. The after hours instalation phone support was Excellent. 5 STARS.

The staff was nice but not knowledgeable. Brought a new phone in to activate as a replacement for an existing phone on my account and they told me the phone wasn't eligible for a bring your own phone. Went home and checked Spectrum.com and verified what I thought: the phone was eligible. Ended up activating myself using the sim card from the broken phone. Took me about 10 minutes to figure out and finish. Local office was useless.

It took over an hour and a half to switch service and get a new phone . Obviously she was new and not trained well..

Signed in when I arrived. Waited at least an hour to be taken care of. Issue took a few minutes to resolve but way too long to wait.

Turned in my equipment today after being a customer for seven years because of a move. These guys are my preferred isp based on service speed to the competition. I guess when you’re in store you need to “sign in”. Didn’t realize that until I wasn’t going to be next in line. I’ve had my modem for 7 years. Our service was recently upgraded to 200 meg but our old modem could only handle 100? The clerk made a comment about it being obsolete. So then why did I have to make a trip to turn it in? Also they left me with an obsolete modem that couldn’t handle the speed I was upgraded to?It’s also disappointing paying $75/mo for 100meg when we upgraded to a new plan of theirs at our new house for 1gig for $85 / mo. So I guess watch your bills and equipment.

The store was nice and the person that helped me was very helpful. There is a kiosk when you come in to the store that you need to use to check in. You can make a reservation online I guess but I have know idea how. The wait time was not bad on the day I went.

Had service for a little over a year paying insurance on a iphone the hole time phone stoped working from no fault of mine they refused to help ore give me a loner phone while mine was getting fixed bad customer service no loyalty to there customers think twice before you use them

Make an appointment, prepare to be ignored, and know that 98% of what they eventually tell you is a lie. Equipment is unreliable. Internet service is intermittent. Streaming tv service is horrendous. View on demand rarely works, and if it does, we usually only get 2/3 of the movie before it freezes. Price is exhorbitent and is absolutely NEVER the amount quoted when booked. Do not bundle your phone with them or you'll wind up with zero means of communication during frequent outages. This is what happens when there is only one provider in the market.

The machine to pay my bill was out of order and I had to wait to see someone and it took forever. Need more people working so they don't have lines anymore
