Shannon Drexler totally messed up my hair. I told her I wanted one thing and she did the opposite. She basically did my hair to look just like hers. Yuk. I’m so upset. She’s overpriced. She doesn’t stop talking the entire time. I know she’s a big girl and it’s probably hard to clean up but she smells like urine and b o. I would not recommend
