My daughter and I were going to be in Oshkosh in July for a wedding and thought we would get our hair done. After researching all the salons in the areas, Salon Bellezza stood out right away.On the website it offered a spot to request an appt. Which I did and explained what we would like to have done. I waited 2 days for a response and received nothing. So I decided to call and got their voicemail...I left basically the same info and asked them to call me back...NOTHING again after 2 days.Unbelievable...Not even the courtesy to respond...even it was to say they were booked. Obviously they did not want our business..Maybe because we weren't regulars. Either way...Terrible customer service..DV

Made an appointment and when I got there. The appointment was scheduled for the wrong day. Not a great impression for a first time client. Will never go back. They screwed up.
