I placed an order for delivery that was around $70. They didn’t have one of the pairs of gloves on my order. So they tried to cancel my order. Upon calling the associate tried deterring me from talking to a manager. Then the manager tried fighting me on replacing the one item. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had here and probably will not ever be doing business here again due to this absolutely poor display of customer service.

idk i assume the old angry lady is the manager, but holy hell, never have i meet someone with such a stench. smelt her walking up from the back. definitely don’t shop here if you got a weak stomach.

Ok usually I'm not one to write a review but the experience i had tonight at Sally's was probably one of the best one's I've ever had in the many years I've been going to this store. I've always been treated kindly when there but the cashier I had tonight was so helpful and didn't try to upsell anything to me just have me their honest feedback on products and I appreciated it so much even my boyfriend was saying how amazing they were. I don't know their name but they have green hair and were very helpful with picking out products. They were everything that anybody working in customer service should be. So thank you to you for your help tonight!!

Idk Sally assume they should mostly cater to a certain audience when everyone one of different ethnicity shops there. The ethic products they do sell the employees are unaware of what they are talking about. They should be knowledgeable and if they don't know they should be honest about not knowing what the f they are talking about. Can you get Black employees PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't sell products for black women if you don't want us shopping there, I spent numerous amounts of money on products due to it being overpriced compared to nationwide products of your white consumer. That is messed up & bad for business

Truly disappointed with Sally's Beauty Supply store. They open on Monday and Tuesday at 9:30am that was posted on there window. I went the this past Monday and the store clergy never open the door and said we aren't open until 10:00am. I left ! I have been a life time customer and we will see after that.

I went here to spend my rewards I just got for signing up so I went to look around the store for some stuff and found some nice things I could have bought more but decided to wait. You get a birthday reward too. Nice!!! I will be going back again.

When i went last week to look into getting waxing stuff, the two young women were very nice and assurred me if something does not work for me i can return it or exchange it. I bought $74 worth of stuff. I ended up having to go back and exchange and return a couple of the supplies. They seemed almost surprised and uneasy about the whole thing although they were pleasant. One of them said i could not return the unused strips used in waxing i guess because they were open but i did not know they would not work until i tried ONE. She said her manager was not there and she was unsure what to do about the unused strips. They did allow me to exchange the soft wax for the hard wax i requested after i looked up the soft wax online and tried to figure out what would work better. So i paid the difference of a little over $4 for the hard wax. I apologized for the inconvenience. I still feel they should have refunded the money for the strips. I buy alot of stuff there throughout the year and this is the first time i have had to exchange and return ANYTHING and considering i bought over $74 worth a $5 refund on the strips should have been done since it will affect whether i continue to buy products there. I hope the manager or district super sees this and lets me have my measley $5 and then i will continue to buy there. Once again the girls were very nice but they seemed unsure whether they could do the refund on the strips. Please inform your employees to rest assurred when a customer buys $74 worth of stuff if they come back and need a measley $5 refund on an item it should be done even if the package is open so the customer can be retained. Give your employees the education, power and trust not to be afraid to do that:)

The lashes and the hair products are to die for. Don't buy the foundation though. Specifically the Col•lab brand Meet Your Matte foundation. It's super shiny when it's on your face and I might be having an allergic reaction to it. It turns my skin pink and it hurts to rub the product off. Needless to say I spent 14.29$ on a bottle of foundation with another 12.29$ for the primer and it literally made my face burn and I'm crying because of how irritated it got. I don't even have super sensitive skin on my face but this is bogus dude.

I've been here before and they seem alright but today, I walked in to buy some hair dye supplies and walked right out again. Two store associates were standing by the register talking, and as I walked in, they looked over and then went back to talking. No hello, no smiles, no "can I help you find something?" They dismissed me as soon as I walked in. I hate to play the racist card, but if it's not racist then it's horrible customer service just the same and they don't deserve my patronage.
