Went in by Stephanie to get custom molded insoles. She was extremely helpful. I was having slight foot pain after wearing boots all day for work. Since having these I will never be without them, pain is gone. I recommend anyone who is on their feet alot to get a set or two.

I could NOT have been More Happy with the Wonderful help I received at Fusion Footwear! Stephanie was able to locate the PERFECT shoe for me! My feet are a bit complicated to fit. But she Never gave up! I am Beyond A Satisfied Customer!! I also experienced this same consciences attitude from her staff.Another plus I personally witnessed was her helping an elderly customer. A gentleman came in seeking a specific style of shoe which was no longer made. She went to her computer and within less than a minute, she showed the man not only the shoe he was referring to, but also a comparable shoe. We recently visited Fusion Footwear in search of an orthopedic shoe for my husband, who had recently sprained his ankle and was easing back into walking. Despite arriving near closing time, we were greeted warmly by an incredibly friendly and accommodating staff member.We explained our situation, emphasizing the need for a balanced and supportive shoe for rehab purposes. The staff member went above and beyond, patiently guiding us through various options while meticulously detailing the benefits of each. Despite the late hour, he devoted nearly 30 minutes to ensure we found the perfect fit.Not only did he extend his assistance past closing time, but he also made us feel genuinely valued and confident in our selection. In the end, my husband settled on a pair of HOKA Clifton shoes, which have been a game-changer for his recovery.Our experience at Fusion Footwear surpassed all expectations. The service was exceptional, the quality of products outstanding, and the range of selection impressive. We wholeheartedly recommend Fusion Footwear to anyone seeking expert guidance and top-notch service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

With customer service becoming a rarity in today’s world, walking thru the doors at FUSION footwear was a breath of fresh air. No matter now busy the store is, the staff ALWAYS takes a moment to acknowledge and greet every customer with a genuine smile and caring attitude. They answered every question I had (there was a lot!) and spent the time to get to know me (and my feet), and that was rejuvenating in and of itself. Being treated like a person and not as a number or seen as an inconvenience is hard to come by these day, especially in the retail world, but I felt like mother freaking Cinderella at FUSION! Thank you, Stephanie (and staff) for making me feel seen, heard and validated during my stops into the store. The community is lucky to have the store and you all! 10/10 I would let them touch my feet again ?

I wanted a new pair of Goodr sunglasses for our spring break road trip. I waited too long to order them online. I saw that Fusion sold them. They had EVERY size and style in stock. Staff was knowledgeable and helped me locate the pair I was looking for. Yay for procrastinating. Now I know where I will be buying my sunglasses from now on. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At the beginning of the month my husband and I were in desperate need of some new shoes. We went into FUSION Footwear and walked out extremely pleased with the service, selection and most of all the extremely attentive employees who work extremely hard to help me find the perfect shoe!Great selection and it felt like we were shopping with friends and didn't feel pressured into buying something we just didn't love! Keep up the great customer service and we will definitely keep coming back!

Josh and Stephanie were fantastic - very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. I learned that I'd been buying the wrong sized shoes for years. The pairs I bought today are perfect. The tech they use to do feet analysis is really cool. They have a good selection, and the prices are good. Plus, it's locally owned. With Rogan's being bought out by Shoe Carnival, I feel like it's really important to support a shoe store that remains local. This is the best experience I've ever had at a shoe store. I can't recommend FUSION highly enough.
