Was recommended this place. Was treated terribly the first time. Decided to give her a second chance because I thought she was just having a bad day. Turns out I was wrong. She was unprofessional to me on purpose instead of just admitting that she sucks at cutting short hair. Being upfront with me would have been professional & appreciated. She demanded each time that I pay in cash so she could commit tax fraud. If people wanted me to speak warmly about them they would have acted better in the first place. There is nothing wrong with an honest review. People read reviews for a reason! I wish more people would post accurate reviews.

Requested style: I always let Nicole choose a style that compliments my face and explain how it to keep it looking great.
Stylist: Nicole just knows what cut and color to flatter any style. She is amazing!

Friendly staff, great prices and cute deco in the salon. I love that Jen will listen to me, and not give me a haircut that requires more than 5-10 mins to "do" each morning. I drive 1 hour to get my haircut done here given the wonderful experience each time!Services: Haircut

I’ve been coming to Pura Bella to have Krista cut my hair for years. Always trust her to do what I have envisioned, & always makes my hair look amazing. I’ve moved out of state so I rarely get back to the area, and I still find Krista to be the absolute best stylist I’ve ever been to! I’m going to have to schedule my trips to visit with my haircuts. Pura Bella Salon styled our hair for my wedding on May 22, 2021. We had 12 ladies who had to get their hair styled and the stylists were able to get it all done in under 4 hours! Our hair looked AMAZING!! Nicole did mine (bride) and completely nailed the look. She knew how to work with extensions and created the exact look I was seeking. All of the staff was kind, courteous, on time, and ready to do the job. They allowed us to bring in breakfast and closed down the shop for all other clients so we were able to have the entire Salon to ourselves for the morning. The team at Pura Bella were fantastic and I 10/10 recommend. If you or someone you know is looking for styling for a wedding, definitely look no further! All of my bridesmaids were so happy with their hair and all of our hair stayed styled for the entire day (it was hot and muggy outside).

Excellent service and later hours by appointment make for unmatched convenience. In addition, enforcement of mask policy is very much appreciated.

I only got as far as scheduling a hair cut, because of a co-workers high recommendation (Nicole is apparently amazing). I had to cancel my appt though due to work. I was a little discombobulated both times calling because the business must not have a direct phone line to the store (i.e., the # on Google). It goes directly to only one of the employees (Krista I believe), you have to somehow find out what the other employees phone #s are to schedule with anyone besides Krista. Also Facebook's call feature also only goes to Krista. So Google and Facebook aren't helpful.
