I went here recently to get a Visa card and put money on it because I had my debit card stolen in another state, so I need to wait for a new one. Anyways, I went there to get my card and put $50 on it so I can pay my phone bill and that went fine and dandy. Then later that day I went back to put more money on my Visa card and was greeted by a lady who came to help me. So I told her the amount I wanted to put on and she said I needed my drivers license, so I had to run to my car because I didn’t bring my purse in, then I had to enter my ss into the system, and after about 10 min she told me it didn’t work and she had to decline it? My card was working perfectly fine and it was activated. She didn’t offer to retry or anything and was very rude for no reason. As I walked away she says “hope your week gets better”. Ma’am my week was going perfectly great until you serviced me. Anyways, I went to Walgreens instead, and all I had to do was swipe my card and boom I got my money on my card. No drivers license or ss, super easy and fast. Pick n save check your systems and maybe hire better staff.

Pricey, was broke down and within a couple hours asked to leave. There was some car wash for cheerleaders that was nice of them to allow that. Great place they even allowed my service ?

Purchased a condiment that was bad. Went to store to exchange. Waited in customer service line for 25 minutes. Had a kid behind the counter who clearly did not know what he was doing (not his fault). Finally exchanged and proceeded to do my shopping when I saw a mob of people waiting to check out. All self-service in the front were closed. Decided to leave and a manager was standing near the door. I said to him, " I just waited 25 minutes in line to exchange a product and the line to check out is too long. Your store sucks. I'm never coming back here again". He replied with a flip "OK". What kind of manager doesnt give a damn that a customer is really upset with his store. I can get everything I need at the Pig and Aldi. Really not sure why I continue to shop at P&S? I do get their coupons and there is always a free item-typically lame, like free frozen vegetables worth about $1.99, but from now on I'm tossing the coupons except the free one. Will stop in P&S when i go to Aldi and only get the free item. Very petty but it will make me happy. Pick and Save sucks!!

They claim they r short staffed but they are too cheap to hire anyone! I know 5 applicants who want to work with no call back and several employees that take up the slack because workers quit...maybe hire better management to hire and take up the slack when needed! 40 minutes to check out with no baggers is ridiculous

Spoke with a deli guy on the phone before making the drive. He was very friendly and helpful. However, when I got there, the gal that ended up assisting me had attitude, which was disappointing. Best potato salad in town, though!

Always has great sales and the ladies that bag the grocery are very good fresh vegetables and meat is good good place to shop and save money and liquor is the best place to buy

I shop at the store all the time. Everyone needs to watch their tags and check your receipts. I was charged extra for items that claim to be on sale with your card. I returned home to find I was overcharged by three dollars on a particular item. Although this store is convenient. I am not sure that I will continue to shop for the bulk of my items in the future. I also find the coupon items are out of stock. I am very disappointed.

Big store, and though I prefer the Pig since it's more local and small, sometimes you need the selection here. Decent prices. Good service. Pretty quick in and out, and convenient in this part of town.

This location has struggled recently when it comes to number of employees and customer service, however it is evident to be working toward improvements. I do want to mention the diamond in the rough, Marty. When we go, we make it a point to check out in whatever line he is bagging for. He makes the mundane task of grocery shopping enjoyable with his banter and conversation on off the wall subjects. "Oh my stars!" He's the best and keeps us coming back.
