There is a nice assortment of items, however there seems to be less of a selection as many items are moving to Kroger brands. Perhaps to gather more profit?

Poorly stocked, lately.
Cutomer service is nice, but product availability is not reliable.
Had to run to another store to get bread, who doesn't have bread? Lol

Great prices but a very congested store. There's items in every aisle and 2 carts don't have room to pass each other..

I get it's corporate, but 6 self check outs not open when there are lines going down multiple aisles doesn't make sense. Lack of small baskets because corporate is cheap and won't replace stolen ones.
I did grocery for a long time, it's not easy, but it is simple. Your staff doesn't even have time to be pleasant because they are under pressure from the angry customers in line.
Piggly Wiggly might not have the selection, but time is valuable.

Horrible grocery store. I have only been going to this store recently due to the road construction on the highway and exit 120 being closed off, thus making the drive through town to get to other grocery stores miserable. Thankfully, that is over now. The customer service ranges from horrible to nonexistent everytime I go there. Filling out the survey on the bottom of the receipt does nothing. Corporate knows they are understaffed and don't care. Most recently, I had to call their customer service line three times before anyone answered the phone. It rang forever and then the line got disconnected twice and I was hung up on.
It's sad how this store has gone downhill over the years. It actually used to be a clean, well organized store with good customer service in the 90s. These days, the conveyor belts are disgusting and never get cleaned. I am not even joking when I say the toilet seats at my home are cleaner.
From now on, I'm going to Piggly Wiggly or Festival Foods. Heck, I would rather drive to Appleton and go to Woodmans than go to Pick N Save ever again.
