What a mess. 1 open lane and then "self serve". Which is just a terrible system that fails and wastes my time. One service person to help out 5 people. Then when things are going bad, the manager flees to the back room. What a crappy system and terrible service.

I had an issue with automatic check out where it stated no cash back but I did not see that sign and asked for $40 back. I was told no problem you will not be charged that. I happened to look at my bank account where I debited $27 but out of my bank stated $67. I went back in the store and the wonderful gal Savanna remembered me and rectified the issue and I got the $40
Savanna is a great, friendly employee of this Pick N Save!!

The young people that bring groceries out to customers car, run extremely fast! Almost got hit. I checked out, but went back to check a price. Tried to get out exit door, but everything roped off. Tried last one but it was for the take out groceries. I told the young gal that my car was by exit door. She said “most people go through self check and go through exit” in a snotty voice. I said my car was by exit, as I have disabilities. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully. She was slim with blond hair.

Customer service desk isn’t always open when it should be (until 9). I also hate how one side is for coming in only etc. One of the workers by the checkout can be rude. We were having trouble with a coupon not scanning and she made a high sigh and I could feel her anger? I love the Jackson location so much more, but sucks because this is closer now

Everytime I shop here, I regret not driving the 10 extra minutes to shop at Festival. Chronically understaffed, long lines at checkout, and half of the self checkout lanes are usually shut down. Takes forever to flag down someone old enough to scan alcohol. Products are regularly out of stock and sometimes marked incorrectly, and most of the staff is hardly helpful. Take the extra time to drive to Festival for a much better experience. Plus, Festival offers fuel rewards points for Kwik Trip.

They never have any lanes open, it’s getting a bit ridiculous. Self check out and limited grocery pick up hours. Basically just have stockers at this point.

Usually able to find everything I need. But the self-checkout & the staff working them are awful. This store is a convenient location for me but I will be doing my grocery shopping elsewhere from now on.

There's usually only 1 checkout open, at least every time I've been there. Or it's just the self-checkout, which you need assistance with if you're buying alcohol. It's usually pretty clean. The produce dept is very pretty. I also really like the floral dept. The liquor dept isn't terrible, but it's very basic.

This store is well stocked and has a good variety of items. Markdowns are frequent and Kroger products are usually of good quality and cheaper prices.
