Purchased a condiment that was bad. Went to store to exchange. Waited in customer service line for 25 minutes. Had a kid behind the counter who clearly did not know what he was doing (not his fault). Finally exchanged and proceeded to do my shopping when I saw a mob of people waiting to check out. All self-service in the front were closed. Decided to leave and a manager was standing near the door. I said to him, " I just waited 25 minutes in line to exchange a product and the line to check out is too long. Your store sucks. I'm never coming back here again". He replied with a flip "OK". What kind of manager doesnt give a damn that a customer is really upset with his store. I can get everything I need at the Pig and Aldi. Really not sure why I continue to shop at P&S? I do get their coupons and there is always a free item-typically lame, like free frozen vegetables worth about $1.99, but from now on I'm tossing the coupons except the free one. Will stop in P&S when i go to Aldi and only get the free item. Very petty but it will make me happy. Pick and Save sucks!!

Big store, and though I prefer the Pig since it's more local and small, sometimes you need the selection here. Decent prices. Good service. Pretty quick in and out, and convenient in this part of town.

After this morning I would give ZERO stars if I could. 11: a.m. on a Saturday morning and only ONE cashier with a long line of at least 20 customers waiting to be checked out. The self checking machines by the main entrance were closed and the ones in the store near the SUPPOSED check out lanes were full,with lines of customers who wanted to check out as well. As for the ladies restroom? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Someone missed the toilet whilst taking a s*** so there was crap on the floor. Shelves are poorly stocked, customer service counter had two people but apparently only David was able to assist customers as the girl was too busy staring off into space like a zombie. My mom and I have shopped at pick n save Murdock for years, but today was the last straw. We will NOT be shopping there again if they can't afford to pay for enough cashiers so people can get their shopping done and go home or to work.
