Lack of personality and customer service. I had a pedicure with gel polish and she burnt my toe on the nail light. Sam lady did my tips on my fingers and asked if I was going to get them filled or are they just for fun. I showed her a design I wanted and that she did very nice but I had to take a dime to my own nails once I left. After 1 week a nail popped off. Disappointed!!!

I was a walk in as a spur of moment decision to get pedicure. They did really good on callus removal. In and out in less than an hour which I thought was quick for a pedicure. After 3 hours, three toes had a gel manicure cleanly pop off with no residue or polish left on the nail. A day later, another toe was missing polish as well. This has never happened to me before and I get pedicure about every 4 months.

Service was great! Betsy is the one who did my nails and I love them! She did an amazing job, she’s super friendly, I would recommend her.

Five stars isn't enough! Best acrylics I've ever had! Nails feel so natural and are shaped perfectly. They take the extra time to make sure my set lasts (I work in motorsports so they take a beating). Helen does an amazing job with my checkered flag nails! They get so many compliments and always look amazing!

I dont like how they were rushing to get me out cuz there were another customer. Also she didnt do what i ask i was gonna pay for it and one of my toe got infected after a few days cuz she cut too much of my nail.

They took my friends and I at the same time! We were able to sit close by and talk with each other which was nice! The nail techs were super helpful :) I'm also coming from out of town and it was nice to find a nail salon that accommodated us! When I'm back in town, we will definitely be coming back!

Something is wrong with their products and they don't care. I got a pedicure ($35 Hellen) and dip manicure ($55 Betsy) . Both women were very charming, chatty and friendly. Both seemed like they were applying the products properly. But, within 24 hours, a couple of my dip nails were chipped and cracking so I went back and had them fixed by Betsy. I tipped her for her time but the service was complimentary. After another day or two, more nails were popping off completely and chipping still so I went back for a total redo with Hellen. She charged me $25 even after I told her how wrong and unfair that was. I asked her to have a manager call me. She called back and told me I would not be refunded but could have a $25.00 credit with her and her only when I came back. After a few more days, my toes and fingers all looked like complete crap. I've had these services done regularly for many years and have never not had the products last 2-4 weeks at least. Obviously something was really wrong with their products. I called to tell them but never heard back from anyone. Very disappointing. Will not return. New York Nail Bar has been really awesome and highly recommend their salon!
