I am a 19 year retired Army veteran, Hispanic. I went to compete at an obedience trial and it was 99% white women.not one person from the club greeted me and not one person approached me at this event. My novice A bracket was about to start and the lady before me was approached by the white female judge. The judge explained and showed the first participant everything but when I approached after her she didn’t even look up at me and she didn’t even explain anything to me. The event was 12 December and I will never go there again!!! Worst experience at an American Kennel Club event and I am currently trying to file a complaint against the judge.

Awesome club! They managed to refund a portion of covid cancellation show entries. It was a huge help financially when everyone was cancelled to get some money back! (Almost $100)

Great building for Specialty dog show, except tripped & fell on misplaced matting at entry door ?. Good parking & grass (when not covered in snow/ice)

I have been showing here for almost 10 years. Shows are well run, clean, and friendly. Facility is very nice, mats are well cushioned!

I just was entered in a rally trial here. It was one of the most organized events I have been to. From the time I walked into the doors I was welcomed and shown where to go and where everything was I needed. Event was on time and ran smoothly. ALSO THE RING STEWARDS DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND WERE RIGHT ON TOP OF EVENT. As any of us know great ring stewards help judge tremendously and help trial to run smoothly and on time. Also trial secretary did an excellent job and fixed errors promptly. But most important was very supportive and helped me do paperwork to move up to next class for next day after getting our title on first day. By doing it this way it made things easier for judge and ring stewards. Another big thank you to photographer for excellent photo. It is not easy to get a good let alone great photo of a long haired black dog and she did it. Lastly I just would like to say thank you to the many club members that made me feel welcomed and helped me along the way. Some of the truest sportsmanship I’ve seen in years. Thank you for putting on an excellent trial! We will be back!
