Sold me expired treats which made my dog sick, didn't notice they were expired until they were literally covered in mold. Expired march 2024 sold to me in april 2024.

Was expecting a much larger selection or variety. The staff was friendly but followed you around and this is a pretty small store.

We love this place, we recently started buying our dog food here because of allergies and the dogs love their food! Customer service is above and beyond they open the door for you and take your stuff and put it in the car for you!!

Been going for a while for my pets and recommended at my job as well. No longer going to purchase from here. I went in on Monday for my dog food . I go in every monday give or a take a day or 2. Either way i buy the same food every week. No food this monday was told it comes in Thursday. Bought the food from another establishment, went agin on Thursday for the other food i get for my puppy. Did not ha e my food.2 in a week is very unprofessional. Will be going else where that always has it available and telling clients as well. Not sure why it has go e dow. Hill.

This place is great!! They have a nice variety of items for pets. The staff will answer any questions you have and are very friendly. I always find great toys and treats for my cats!!

My wife and I go to Nashville constantly to pickup dog food for our little fur balls. It's always a nice and inviting time. Ladies are always super nice and always there to help if you need anything. I highly recommend because they always have great deals and great products there!

I happened to be in the area and just popped in for a quick look. Ended up finding some supplies I need/want and purchased them. One harness was too small so I returned it. They were so kind and send me a handwritten letter thanking me for stopping in. If you’re looking for personable people to help you and your furry friends this is the place to go.

Adopted a rescue from saving Sully Dog Rescue and met up with foster mom and pup at Nashville Pet Products.Staff kept pup entertained while meeting taking place.Many helpful tips, wonderful items, purchased a few ☺️.Love the girls, house kitties awesome too.Very clean, lots of customers, pet friendly as well as people friendly ?

This place is wonderful. It's not near my home but every time I'm passing through Oshkosh I'm tempted to stop in to get some goodies for my dogs. They have a ton of dog food selections including refrigerated and raw options. They also have a wide variety of toys, treats, and chews. It can be a bit pricey but the service is also wonderful. It can be a bit awkward at times as the employees hold the door for you when you walk in and walk your bag to the door as you leave. If you buy dog food they'll put it in your vehicle for you, which is nice for those who can't do it on their own.
