Their equipment is ANCIENT and belongs in either a museum or the scrap yard. Every week something is breaking down. For what they lose in downtime every year, they could probably buy a new million dollar machine with all the add-ons. Management has a long history of having a well-honed inability to see the ROI in modernizing equipment and training employees through outside sources, though. Back in the horse and buggy days when it was family owned, they did send employees as far as Milwaukee for training to use the software that runs machines. So I'm told from reliable sources.
There are probably dozens of companies you could go to with more modern equipment, well trained employees who take pride in their work, engineers with actual degrees in engineering, and management who understands the importance of mixing proven new technologies and old-school work ethic that results in the best product.

First shift female painters are not welcomed there. A certain employee has an extensive history of gaslighting females due to his own past. This has been happening for over 20 years. HR and supervisors are aware, and do nothing about it. You will eventually quit or be let go.

Excellent track loading. Convenient yard, no queue, 10 minutes and the truck is loaded. I didn't wait for the gate! Thank you!

I worked here in 2017-2018 for a total of about 11 months..nice equipment, most people were easy to work with lots of different shifts to choose from..but PAY and raises was not thier strong point.with me anyway..I would go back anyday if the pay were increased.

I sure wouldn’t call them after experiencing two different company trucks on the highway- both drivers were driving like idiots, weaving in & out, talegating & doing 85 mph! Not a good way to advertise a company....
