“I have been going to this company for 15-20 years they will never let you down no matter what if you have a problem you go in there they are spot on as far as giving you info to fix it or they will help you fix it yourself they are so friendly I mean I you know I never went in there when they had a bad day ever if they had a bad day they don't show it I would never buy a phone or a plan anywhere else I will stay with them until the company goes under that's how much I value this company and the people that work there. so if you're interested in getting a new plan you cannot do better than going there and asking them to help you because they will they will go all out to help you!!!”
“I’m shocked this location only has a 3.6 review. Went in to do the phone stuff and Ben was phenomenal. He was extremely detail oriented and answered all questions. If he didn’t have an answer he went and looked for the answer. Only thing that caught me off guard was another sales rep kind of reprimanded him in front of us, that could have been handled privately. It wasn’t pertaining to our purchase. Just felt super bad for Ben. Nick was pretty sweet too! Thanks dudes! (:”

“Once again a great experience at USCC Oshkosh. I hear horror stories of hours long waits and terrible customer service at other cell providers but every time I've gone there, even if something doesn't go quite right the service we get is always outstanding. It helps that the Manager (Lateria) always seems to be there and keeps a close eye on things making sure her customers are being served.”

“I visited this store with my 80 yr old father to upgrade his 3G flip phone. We spoke to two reps, Alexander (Day 1) and Jessica (Day 2). They were both phenomenally helpful and patient. Jessica not only investigated his account to maximize service and minimize cost, she also laughed at his terrible jokes and reassured him that if he had any trouble with the new technology, all he had to do was come back to the store and she would help him. Jessica let us try out various cases and did as much setup as she could in the store, all courteously and patiently and, best of all, adjusted volume for my hard of hearing dad. Highly recommend this store, particularly if you're supporting your folks or grandfolks.”

“Bless these humans! I walked in at 6 pm after a very unpleasant online chat experience with Verizon. The individuals in this store, specifically Irina, went above and beyond to help me! We were having a hard time authenticating my account due to the online screw up previously that day. Her and Bailey rolled with the punches and got it all figured out. In addition, I was confused about my options for a plan and she broke it all down for me. The whole process ended up taking up time past closing and not once did they act like I was inconveniencing them. And to top it all off afterwards Irina messaged me to ensure I had a working phone! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU”

“This is a very busy store. It was staffed by one customer service representative during my visit. Ryan is very competent and was able to juggle 4 customers while I believe making them all feel important. He greeted each one and asked what he could do to help all the while continuing to handling my problem. Heis customer service skills are excellent and I believe his knowledge is as well.
This store should never be staffed with only one employee. I think it is very unfair to your customers, but even more unfair to your staff.”
