I hear horror stories of hours long waits and terrible customer service at other cell providers but every time I've gone there, even if something doesn't go quite right the service we get is always outstanding. It helps that the Manager (Lateria) always seems to be there and keeps a close eye on things making sure her customers are being served.”
“This is a very busy store. It was staffed by one customer service representative during my visit. Ryan is very competent and was able to juggle 4 customers while I believe making them all feel important. He greeted each one and asked what he could do to help all the while continuing to handling my problem. Heis customer service skills are excellent and I believe his knowledge is as well.
This store should never be staffed with only one employee. I think it is very unfair to your customers, but even more unfair to your staff.”
